مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور به دليل پراكندگي و موقتي بودن پروژه‌هاي متعدد با موانع خاصي مواجه است. با عنايت به اينكه تجربه يكي از منابع يادگيري و از مهم‌ترين ابزارها براي رشد يادگيري و توسعه دانش سازماني جهت ضبط، بازيافت و به‌كارگيري مجدد قلمداد مي‌شود، به نظر مي‌رسد تهيه يك الگوي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور الزامي است. بررسي‌ها نشان مي‌دهد پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در پروژه‌هاي عمراني - به‌ويژه در ايران - هنوز در مراحل ابتدايي است و پژوهش‌هاي زيادي درزمينه تحليل چالش‌هاي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور عمراني انجام‌نشده است. به همين منظور هدف از اين تحقيق ارائه الگويي براي مديريت دانش در شركت‌هاي پروژه محور عمراني مي‌باشد. در پژوهش انجام‌شده پس از ارائه تعاريف مديريت دانش، بيست‌ودو الگوي مديريت دانش معرفي گرديده‌اند. اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف، از نوع كاربردي بوده و روش تحقيق آن بر اساس روش گردآوري داده، توصيفي پيمايشي و بر روي يك جامعه نمونه هوشمند صورت گرفته است. در ادامه با استفاده پرسشنامه طيف هفت گزينه‌اي ليكرت و بهره‌گيري از روش مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري ISM ، متغيرهاي تحقيق و ميزان تأثيرگذاري و تأثيرپذيري آن‌ها بررسي و ماتريس ارتباطات بين عوامل مؤثر در پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش ارائه گرديده است. درنهايت و بر مبناي توسعه مدل پايه‌هاي ساختماني و نتايج حاصل از مدلسازي ISM، چهارچوب پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در شركت‌هاي پروژه محور عمراني ارائه گرديده است. نتايج بيانگر وجود 5 عامل اصلي فرهنگي، رفتاري، ساختاري، قانوني و فناورانه به‌عنوان عوامل حياتي در پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در سازمان مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر با تلفيق داده‌هاي مربوط به روش ISM و مدل پايه‌هاي ساختمان، الگويي كاربردي را به‌منظور پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش به سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور عمراني ارائه مي‌دهد.

Framework for knowledge management project portfolio with a focus on project-based construction organization

Knowledge management in project-based organizations faces certain obstacles due to the dispersion and temporary nature of multiple projects. Given that experience is one of the sources of learning and one of the most important tools for the growth of learning and development of organizational knowledge for recording, recycling and reuse, it seems necessary to provide a model of knowledge management in project-based organizations. Studies show that the implementation of knowledge management in development projects - especially in Iran - is still in its infancy and not much research has been done to analyze the challenges of knowledge management in project-oriented development organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a model for knowledge management in project-oriented construction companies. In the research, after presenting the definitions of knowledge management, twenty-two models of knowledge management have been introduced. This research is applied in terms of purpose and its research method is based on data collection method, descriptive survey and has been done on an intelligent sample population. Then, using a Likert scale spectrum questionnaire and ISM interpretive structural modeling method, the research variables and their effectiveness and effectiveness are examined and the matrix of relationships between the effective factors in the implementation of knowledge management is presented. Finally, based on the development of the basic building model and the results of ISM modeling, the knowledge management implementation framework in project-oriented construction companies is presented. The results indicate the existence of 5 main cultural, behavioral, structural, legal and technological factors as vital factors in the implementation of knowledge management in the organization. The present study, by combining data related to the ISM method and the basic model of the building, provides a practical model for implementing knowledge management in project-based development organizations.
