Sustainable development is a fundamental management protection of natural resources and direction to the technology; in a way that ensures human needs are met for now and future generations. Development has two main tendencies on ecological considerations, first, eliminating or minimizing the negative effects of development measures based on natural resources, and second, designing examples of development that are most compatible with environmental capabilities; In this regard, ecotourism (bio-tourism) with commitment to the fundamental goals of conservation and development, is one of the options. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the role of eco-tourism in order to achieve sustainable development. In order to achieve better and more sustainable development in the study area. So the question before this research: how to achieve the feasibility model of land use location based on indicators and criteria of eco-tourism, pedestrianism and public attendance. In this research, an attempt has been made to extract the theoretical foundations of the research through an applied research and documentary and library study, and then to analyze the data using quantitative and qualitative software.
According to the above, the studies of this research have been done in six chapters. In the first chapter, the problem, the need for research, the goals and questions raised, and the background of related research and the limitations of research be discussed. In the second chapter, theoretical foundations including lexicography, history, definitions and concepts of eco-tourism, sidewalks and land use planning from the perspective of experts will be discussed; to introduce the keywords of research, eco-tourism, pedestrianism, satisfaction and location of land uses and their evaluation criteria. In the third chapter, by examining successful global and domestic examples, the teachings and successful executive policies of these keywords are identified. In the fourth chapter, the method of collecting and analyzing information, as well as identifying the study area in terms of climate, population, etc., as well as presenting a SWOT table in various functional, physical, environmental, etc. dimensions will be presented. In the fifth chapter, by extracting the macro approaches of the subordinate projects under the selected keywords through documentary study, using the method of analyzing the degree of effectiveness and effectiveness of the criteria using the Micmac software, the criteria are identified; And then through qualitative content analysis and using Maxqda software, relationships and overlap between criteria are explained; Finally, based on the analysis, a general policy model and design framework based on the priority of biodiversity criteria in the pedestrian street of Glim in Sirjan is proposed; Then, the practical suggestions will be in accordance with the land map adjacent to the sidewalk of Sirjan Glim Street. Chapter 6 will review the content of the summary of research and answer questions, innovate and suggest future research.
According to the studies of this dissertation, the main findings of this study are the localization of eco-tourism criteria based on the specific conditions of a case study in a pedestrian context to increase the public attendance of people by providing policy framework, design criteria and also, the analysis of the implementation of these policies has been done.
