‌دچكيدهعنوان تحقيق: طراحي و ارتقاي كيفيت ميدانهاي محلي موجود با رويكرد اكولوژيك در محله پيروزي تهران،نمونه مطالعاتي: محله پيروزي منطقه 13شهرداري تهران. استاد راهنما: دكتر مجيد مفيدي شميراني. دانشجو: الهه روشنايي. در ساا هاي اخير مشاكت ناشاي از افيايش اساتفاده از اتوم يا مانند پراكندهرويي، افيايش آلودگيهاي محيطي، عدم توجه به حضاور انااان در فضااي شاهري خيابان موجب شاده اسات تا برنامهرييان و طراحان شاهري،توجه به حركت عابر پياده و توساعه پيادهروي در شاهرها را در دساتور كار خود قرار داده و مديران شاهري را بر آن داشات تا نهاه جديدي به امر تردد و با اولويت پيادهمحوري و توساعه پيادهروي در طراحي و برنامهرييي شاهرهاداشاته باشاند. توساعه پيادهروي عتوه بر اينكه نيازهاي گوناگون شاهروندان در فضااي شاهري را برطرر كرده ميتواند موجب تجديد حيا فضاااهاي شااهري، افيايش، به ود كيفيت محيط زيااات شااهريوايجاد محيطي پايدار شااود.در اين تحقيق سااعي به بازگرداندن پيادهروي به عرصاهي شاهرها و محت اسات و در نهايت از م اني نيري و تجربيا حاصاا از تحقيق در طراحي محلهي پيروزي در منطقه 13تهران اساتفاده شاده اسات و از طريق ساامان دادن ماايرهاي پياده بين ميدانهاي محلي با نير به م اني حاصاا شاده تتش شاده تا پيادهروي به ساط محله بازگردانده شود.سااوا اصاالي تحقيق اين اساات كه چه راه رد و سااياسااتهايي در جهت رساايدن به مولفههاي موثر بر توسااعه اكولوژيك م تني بر حركت پياده كمككننده هاااتند و اهدار تحقيق شاااما شااناسااايي عواما بومگرايي و افيايش پيادهمداري در محت و ارائه راه ردها و سااياسااتهاي پيشانهادي در جهت بررسايتوساعه پيادهرويبومگرا در محله پيروزي اسات. نوع پژوهش توصايفي و تحليلي به شامار ميآيد و گردآوري اطتعا به صور اسنادي و پيمايشي است.با توجه به موارد فوق اين پژوهش و مطالعا آن در 5فصا انجام گرفته است: كه در فصا او به كليا پژوهش كه شاما بيان مائله، ضرور پژوهش، اهدار و ساوات پژوهشو روش تحقيق اسات پرداخته شاده اسات. در فصاا دوم، م اني نيري پژوهش از جمله واژهشاناساي و تاريه ه موضاوع و م اني نيري مرت ط با پژوهش بررساي گرديده و در فصاا ساوم كه بررساي مصااديق و نمونهها اسات، در بهشنمونههاي خارجي محور اشااتروگت در كپنهاگِ دانمارك، طرح جامعه پاريس در فراناااهومينياپوليس در مينهسااوتا بررسااي گرديده و در بهش داخلي محور تربيت ت ريي، محور ساپهاااتر در تهران و محور جنت در مشاهد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاند. در فصاا چهارم به سانجش وضاعيت نمونه موردي كه شااما شاناخت ابعاد مهتلفمحله پيروزي و ارائه تحليا مناسب از وضعيت موجود به كمك تحليا راه ردي سوا و بررسي سازمان فضايي موجود است پرداخته شاده، بيانيه چشاا انداز محله به كمك فرآيند چشااانداز ساازي اورگون تدوين گرديده اسات، راه ردها و ساياساتها، پروژهها و ساازمان فضاايي پيشانهادي ارائه گرديدهو در فصاا آخر كه طرح نهايي اسات به ساوات مطروحه در پژوهش پاساخ داده شاده، سااختهاه انتهابي تماما بررساي گردياده و در نهاايات باا توجاه باه مطاالعاا و نتااي باه دسااات آماده، محور پنجا نيروهوايي ماابين 2ميادان محلي فلكاه او و دوم پنجا نيروهوايي طراحي گرديده و مقطع پتن و طرحهاي 3بعدي ارائه گرديده است. يافتههاي پژوهش شاااما مولفهها و معيارهايي اساات كه به كمك آنها طراحي محورهاي محلي و مرت ط با ميدانهاي محلي به نفع پياده انجام گرفته و در نهايت چييي كه حاائي اهميت اسات در اين تحقيق اين اساتكه افيايش پيادهمداري در محله به كاهش آلودگيها و توساعه اكولوژيك محله كمك ميكند

Abstract:Research title: Design and quality improvement of existing local squares with ecological approach in Piroozi neighborhood of Tehran, study sample: Piroozi neighborhood of District 13 of Tehran Municipality. Supervisor: Dr. Majid Mofidi Shemirani. Student: Goddess of Light.In recent years, problems caused by increasing car use such as scattering, increasing environmental pollution, lack of attention to human presence in the urban space of the street has led urban planners and designers to pay attention to pedestrian movement and development. He put walking in cities on his agenda and forced city managers to have anew look at traffic and with a priority on walking and developing walking in the design and planning of cities. Pedestrian development, in addition to meeting the various needs of citizens in the urban space, can revitalize urban spaces, increase, improvethe quality of the urban environment and create a sustainable environment. In this research, an attempt is made to return pedestrians to the arena of cities and neighborhoods. Finally, the theoretical foundations and experiences obtained from the researchhave been used in designing Piroozi neighborhood in Tehran's 13th district and by arranging sidewalks in the square. Localبا Based on the obtained principles, an attempt has been made to return the walk to the neighborhood level.The main research question is what strategies and policies help to achieve the components affecting ecological development based on pedestrian movement? The objectives of the research include identifying the factors of ecologicalism and increasing pedestrianism in neighborhoods and presenting proposed strategies and policies to study the development of ecological pedestrianism in Piroozi neighborhood. The type of research is descriptive and analytical and the collection of information is documentary and survey.According to the above, this research and its studies have been done in 5 chapters: in the first chapter, the generalities of the research, which include the expression of the problem, the necessity of the research, the goals and questions of the research and the research method are discussed. In the second chapter, the theoretical foundations of the research, including lexicography and history of the subject, and the theoretical foundations related to the research are examined. Paris in France and Minneapolis in Minnesota have been studied and studied in the inner part of Tarbiat axis in Tabriz, Sepahsalar axis in Tehran and Jannat axis in Mashhad. In the fourth chapter, the status of the case study, which includes recognizing the different dimensions of Piroozi neighborhood and providing a proper analysis of the current situation with the help of SWOT strategic analysis and review of the existing space organization, the neighborhood vision statement has been compiled using Oregon landscape process Strategies and policies, projects and proposed space organization are presented and in the last chapter, which is the final plan, the questions raised in the research are answered, the selected site is fully reviewed, and finally according to the studies and results obtained. The fifth axis of the air force between the two local squares of the first and second squares of the fifth air force has been designed and the cross-section of the plan and three-dimensional plans have been presented.The research findings include components and criteria that have been used to design local axes related to local fields in favor of pedestrians, and finally, what is important in this research is to increase pedestrians. Orbit in the neighborhood helps reduce pollution and ecological development of the neighborhood.
