By groeing world population and complication life style, there are more issues for human kind which needs a methodology that manage the intraction between human and systems. One of this methodology is the internet of things which provides human and system interaction on the basis of the internet. It causes less waste of time, less expenses, less human fault, and makes lives easier. This is the reason which internet of things is used in different areas such as health, agriculture, industry, transformation, and so on. In this research a supervisory controller based on image processing in IOT field is designed to control the systems more efficience. This controller could process the image which received from smart pot to identify the illness. Also, controller should control other vitual parameters such as trmprature, soil moisture, and light, and send the required commands to the pot. A smart pot is used as a system which is controled in this project that not only processes plant image, but also controls soil moisture, temperature, and light. An CNN algoritem by image labelling system is used for processing received image. Also, a Fuzzy controller is used to control the temperature. All the required data is sent to the server by smart pot uses the internet and the the server is processing the data and send the command which is required. At the end, a smart pot had been built which process the image and control the soil moisture, temperature, and light and check plant health condition. Also, water level of reserver is informed to the user. It makes that a system is controlled in IOT field and helped a new kind of human-system interaction.
