امروزه، مديريت زنجيره تأمين به دليل افزايش جهاني‌شدن و رقابت بين‌المللي در سال‌هاي اخير حياتي شده است. مكان‌يابي تسهيلات يكي از موضوعات مهم در زنجيره تأمين جهاني است و تصميم‌گيري در رابطه با مكان استقرار تسهيلات شركت‌ها و سازمان‌هاي مختلف يكي از اساسي‌ترين تصميمات سازمان‌ها به شمار مي-رود كه مي¬تواند در جهت‌گيري‌هاي راهبردي سازمان نقش اساسي ايفا كند و در بلندمدت باعث كاهش هزينه‌ها و به عبارتي سودآوري را در بلندمدت تحت تأثير قرار دهد. در اين پايان‌نامه يك مدل براي زنجيره تأمين جهاني با در نظر گرفتن عدم قطعيت‌هاي نرخ ارز، تقاضا و ميزان محصول برداشتي ارائه گرديده است. هدف مدل پيشنهادي شامل حداكثر سازي سود شبكه است. مهم‌ترين تصميمات اتخاذشده در مدل ارائه‌شده عبارت‌اند از: مكان‌يابي مراكز توزيع در داخل و خارج كشور، تخصيص مراكز به مشتريان، انتخاب بهترين قرارداد حمل‌ونقل براي ارسال محصول به مراكز توزيع و مشتريان، انتخاب دماي مناسب براي مراكز توزيع و توليد، مقدار بهينه خريد محصول از مزارع و جريان محصولات بين سطوح مختلف شبكه و همچنين در نظر گرفتن ماهيت فاسدشدني محصول است. به‌واسطه ماهيت غيرقطعي بودن مدل، از برنامه‌ريزي تصادفي مبتني بر سناريو استفاده مي‌شود و در پايان به‌منظور اثبات كاربردي بودن مدل، شركت پسته غياثي سيرجان به‌عنوان مطالعه موردي موردبررسي قرارگرفته و از طريق نتايج محاسباتي، كارايي مدل پيشنهادي نشان داده‌شده است. در نهايت پس از پياده سازي مدل پيشنهادي در مطالعه موردي، يك مركز توزيع داخلي در سيرجان و يك مركز توزيع خارجي در تركيه، انتخاب شدند. نتايج تحليل حساسيت نشان داد تابع هدف با افزايش تقاضاي داخلي و خارجي، افزايش نرخ ارز و افزايش ظرفيت مراكز توزيع و ظرفيت وسايل حمل و نقل، افزايش مي¬يابد.

Global Supply Chain Location Model with Perishable Products Under Uncertainty: A case Study of Pistachio

Today, supply chain management has become critical due to increasing globalization and international competition in recent years. Facility location is one of the most important issues in the global supply chain and making decisions regarding the location of facilities of different companies and organizations is one of the most fundamental decisions of organizations that can play a key role in strategic orientations of the organization and in it can lead in reducing costs and also increasing profitability in the long term. In this dissertation, a linear, single-objective model for the global supply chain is presented which takes into account exchange rate uncertainties, demand, and harvested output. The objectives of the proposed model include maximizing network profits. The most important decisions taken in the proposed model are: locating distribution centers inside the country and abroad, assigning centers to customers, selecting the best transportation contract to send the product to distribution centers and customers, selecting the right temperature for distribution and production centers, the optimal amount of product purchase From farms and product flows between different levels of the network as well as considering the perishable nature of the product. Due to the model uncertainty nature; scenario-based, random programming is used and in the end, in order to prove the applicability of the model, Sirjan Ghiasi Pistachio Company has been studied as a case study and through computational results, the efficiency and high quality of the proposed model have been shown. Finally, after implementing the proposed model in the case study, an internal distribution center in Sirjan and a foreign distribution center in Turkey were selected. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the objectives of the proposed increases by increasing domestic and foreign demand, increasing exchange rates and increasing the capacity of distribution centers and the capacity of transportation vehicles.
