در سالهاي اخير افزايش رقابت و تماي شركتها براي استفاده از صرفه ناشي از مقياس زنجيرههاي تامين را به سامت جهاني شادن سو، دادهاست. گرچه هزينه توهيد موادخام زنجيره تامين جهاني از زنجيره تامين داخلي ميتواند كمتر باشاد اما هزينههاي هجستيكي عموما بيشتر هستند. زنجيرههاي تامين جهاني بهعلت گستره جغرافيايي درمعرض اختلالات بيشتري قرار دارند. علاوه بر اين زنجيرههاي تامين جهاني با چاهشهاي ديگري ازجمله دشااواري پيشبيني نوسااانات نرا ارز محدوديتهاي سااياسااي و ... روبرو هسااتند. ارتقاي فعاهيتهاي هجساتيكي درساطن بيناهمللي تاثير مساتقيم در تغييرات توهيد ناخاه داخلي و درنتيجه رتبه تجارت جهاني دارد وهذا مديريت كارا و اثرب ش هجسااتيك و زنجيره تامين جهاني لازم و ضااروري اساات. باتوجه به جذابيتهاي ماهياتي و گمركي كه برخي كشااورها به شااركتها پيشاانهاد ميكنند شااركتها در طراحي بهينه زنجيره تامين جهاني خود اين مسائ را در راستاي كسب سود بيشتر هحاظ ميكنند. در اين پاياننامه يك مدل رياضااي چندهدفه غيرقطعي براي طراحي مجدد شاابكه زنجيره تامين جهاني در شراي اختلال با استفاده از استراتژيهاي تاب آوري براي پاسخ به اختلال و درنظرگرفتن ملاحظات پايداري را به صاااورت همزمان ارائه مينمايد. هد از انجام اين تحقي بهبود سااااختار زنجيره تامين جهاني براي بيشاينه كردن ساود اهزامات زيساتمحيطي و توسعه پايدار است. تصميمات مربوط به طراحي مجدد شبكه شاام افتتاح تساهيلات جديد بستن تسهيلات موجود و يا تغيير سطن فرفيت تسهيلات موجود ميباشد. براي پاسخ به عدم قطعيت از رويكرد بهينهسازي استوار استفاده شده و مساهه نيز با برنامهريزي آرماني بهبود يافته ح گرديده است. در پايان باتوجه به روند ايجادشاااده اين انتظار خواهد رفت كه طراحي زنجيره تامين جهاني تحت شاااراي اختلال در آينده ازجمله تصميمات كليدي مديران زنجيرههاي تامين خواهدبود.

A Sustainable Optimization Model for Global Supply Chain Network Redesign to Build Resilience Considering Uncertainty and Disruptions

In recent years, increasing competition and the desire of companies to take advantage of economies of scale have led supply chains to globalization. Although the cost of producing global supply chain raw materials may be lower than the domestic supply chain, logistics costs are generally higher. Global supply chains are more vulnerable due to geographical location. In addition, global supply chains face other challenges, such as the difficulty of predicting exchange rate fluctuations, political constraints, and so on. The promotion of logistics activities at the international level has a direct impact on changes in GDP and, consequently, global trade rankings, so efficient and effective management of logistics and the global supply chain is necessary. Due to the tax and customs incentives that some countries offer to companies, companies consider these issues in the optimal design of their global supply chain in order to make more profit. This dissertation presents an indefinite multi-objective mathematical model for redesigning the global supply chain network in the event of a disturbance using resilient strategies to respond to the disturbance and to consider sustainability considerations simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to improve the structure of the global supply chain to maximize profits, environmental requirements and sustainable development. Decisions to redesign the network include opening new facilities, closing existing facilities, or changing the capacity level of existing facilities. To answer the uncertainty, a robust optimization approach has been used and the problem has been solved with improved ideal planning. In the end, given the trend, it will be expected that the design of the global supply chain under conditions of disruption will be one of the key decisions of supply chain managers in the future
