رابط كاربر به عنوان دروازه تعامل انسان با كامپيوتر مي¬بايست از شاخصه¬هاي مطلوب برخوردار باشد تا بتواند رضايت كاربر را به ارمغان آورد. سامانه جامع دانشگاهي گلستان نيز به عنوان قطب اصلي ثبت و نگهداري و نمايش اطلاعات مربوط به امور دانشجويي و اساتيد در دانشگاه¬هاي سراسر كشور قلمداد مي¬شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل ارزيابي رابط كاربري سامانه¬هاي جامع دانشگاهي و پس از آن، ارزيابي عملكرد رابط كاربري سامانه جامع دانشگاهي گلستان به عنوان مورد مطالعه مي¬باشد. اين پژوهش از حيث هدف، كاربردي و با روش توصيفي پيشمايشي انجام گرفته است. روش و ابزار جمع¬آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه و مصاحبه است. در ابتدا با استفاده از روش كتابخانه¬اي مولفه¬ها و معيارهاي موثر در ارزيابي رابط كاربري سامانه¬هاي جامع دانشگاهي استخراج و پس از اعتبارسنجي و غربال¬گري توسط خبرگان و با استفاده از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، مدل ارزيابي رابط كاربري سامانه¬هاي جامع دانشگاهي ارائه شد. سپس با استفاده از مدل ارائه شده، عملكرد رابط كاربري سامانه گلستان به عنوان مورد مطالعه بررسي و با استفاده از تحليل اهميت-عملكرد، راهكارهايي جهت بهبود آن ارائه شد جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل دانشجويان مقاطع كارشناسي، كارشناسي ارشد، و دكتري كه سابقه استفاده از سيستم جامع دانشگاهي گلستان را دارا بودند، مي¬شود. نمونه آماري نيز به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده كه تعداد 157 نفر از دانشجويان (كاربران) در ارزيابي عملكرد رابط كاربري سامانه گلستان شركت كردند. يافته¬هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد در بين معيارهاي ارزيابي شده، معيار "ارائه بازخورد و پيغام اخطار با معني به كاربر" با مقدار ميانگين 2.91 بهترين عملكرد را داشته و معيار "امكان شخصي¬سازي و پيكربندي تنظيمات" با مقدار ميانگين 1.14 ضعيف¬ترين عملكرد را به خود اختصاص دادند. با توجه به اينكه مقادير ميانگين¬هاي بدست آمده در ارزيابي عملكرد معيارها در محدوده 1.14 تا 2.91 قرار داشته و از آنجايي كه پاسخ¬ها با استفاده از طيف 5 تايي ليكرت اندازه¬گيري شده بود، به طور كلي مي¬توان گفت رابط كاربري سامانه گلستان در مجموع ضعيف عمل كرده و كاربران اين سامانه نمره قابل قبولي در مجموع به رابط كاربري آن نداده¬اند. نتايج تحليل اهميت-عملكرد (IPA) نشان داد 7 معيار در رابط كاربري سامانه گلستان نياز به بهبود و ارتقا دارند. اين معيارها به ترتيب اولويت "دستر سي¬پذيري"، "واكنش¬گرايي"، "فراهم¬كردن حس آزادي و كنترل براي كاربر"، "قابليت¬هاي جستجو"، "استفاده از المان¬هاي زيبايي بصري"، "راحتي و سادگي يادگيري سيستم توسط كاربر" و "راهنمايي و مستندسازي" مي¬باشند. توجه به ارتقا و بهبود اين معيارها، مي¬تواند علاوه بر افزايش رضايت دانشجويان، عملكرد اساتيد و كاركنان استفاده¬كننده از اين سامانه را نيز بهبود داده و سامانه گلستان را در جهت رسيدن به اهداف خود يعني پوشش جامع تمام فعاليت¬هاي آموزشي دانشگاه¬ها با كميت و كيفيت مناسب، ياري دهد.

A User Interface Evaluation Model For Comprehensive University Systems, Case Study: Golestan System

The user interface as a gateway for human-computer interaction must have the desired characteristics to be able to bring user satisfaction. The Golestan comprehensive system, is considered as the main hub for recording and maintaining information related to student affairs and professors in universities across the country. The purpose of this study is to present a model of evaluating the user interface of comprehensive university systems and then to evaluate the performance of the user interface of the Golestan comprehensive university system as a case study. This is an applied research type in terms of purpose with descriptive method. The method and tool of data collection is with questionnaire and interview. First, by using the library method, components and effective criteria in evaluating the user interface of comprehensive university systems was extracted, then after validation and screening by experts, the user interface evaluation model of the comprehensive university systems was proposed using exploratory factor analysis. Then, using the proposed model, solutions were presented to improve the performance of the user interface of Golestan system as a case study, and using the importance-performance analysis. The statistical population of this study included undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students which had used Golestan system before. The statistical sample was selected by simple random sampling method in which 157 students (users) participated in evaluating the performance of the user interface of Golestan system. The findings of this study showed that among the evaluated criteria, the criterion of "provide feedback and meaningful warning message to the user" with an average value of 2.91 had the best performance and the criterion of "personalization and configuration of settings" with an average value of 1.14 had the weakest performance. Given that, the mean values obtained in the evaluation of the performance of the criteria ranged from 1.14 to 2.91, and since the responses were measured using a 5-point Likert scale, It can be said that the user interface of Golestan system has been evaluated weak in general, and the users of this system had not given an acceptable score to its user interface. The results of importance-performance analysis (IPA) showed that 7 criteria in the user interface of Golestan system need to be improved and upgraded. These criteria prioritize respectively "Accessibility", "Responsiveness", "providing the user Freedom and Control", "Search Capabilities", "Aesthetics", "comfort and "Easy to learn system for user" and "Help and Documentation". Paying attention to the promotion and improvement of these criteria, in Golestan system, not only can improve the performance of user interface for students, professors and staff, but also can improve the performance of the Golestan system itself, in order to achieve its goals of comprehensive coverage of all educational activities of the university.
