جريان زندگي در برخي خانه هاي تاريخي با شغل مالك در ارتباط بوده؛ از اين جهت فضاهايي براي آن عملكرد خاص پيشبيني شده بود. بر اساس الگو هاي موجود همچنين تكنولوژي هاي نوين ميتوان، سازماندهي خانه كارگاه ها به منظور حضور فضاي كار در كالبد بنا و عملكرد خاص در خانه هاي معاصر با نقشي فراتر از مسكن ارائه كرد. انعطاف پذيري در طراحي مسكن معاصر را ميتوان با توجه به تغييرات ابعاد زندگي و معيشت، به عنوان راه حلي براي جلوگيري از گسيختگي تعاملات بين جامعه، مردم و فضاي زيستي در نظر گرفت؛ زيرا خانه را بايد متناسب با نيازهاي در حال تغيير انسان طراحي نمود. انعطاف پذيري به ايده انطباق در طول زمان اشاره دارد. بنابراين، مسكن انعطاف پذير مسكني است كه ميتواند با تغيير نيازهاي كاربران سازگار گردد و به درك نيازهاي مورد انتظار كاربران با مشاركت آنها منجر شود. انعطاف پذيري به عنوان يك مفهوم راهبردي در طراحي مسكن مي تواند زمينه را براي روبه رو شدن با شرايط و سلايق مختلف آماده كرده و بهره وري و كيفيت فضا را افزايش دهد با پيشرفت تكنولوژي امكان اعمال شكل هاي مختلفي را انعطاف پذيري در كالبد داخلي و خارجي بناهاي مسكوني براي همخواني هرچه بيشتر آنها با شرايط محيطي و فرهنگي وجود دارد. هدف اصلي در اين پژوهش طراحي سكونتگاهايي با رويكرد انعطاف پذيري و استفاده از قابليت توسعه پذيري بنا در مقياس محلي، يك الي دو طبقه، كه بتواند در طول زمان نياز هاي ساكنين را در جهت تامين نيازهاي حال افراد و توجه به توانايي نسل آينده و ايجاد فضايي در جهت امنيت شغلي و كارآفريني بر اساس عملكردي خاص با نقشي فراتر از مسكن براي بالا بردن سطح كيفيت زندگي براي ساكنين باشد، همچنين بتواند در كمترين زمان ساخت و اجرا شود.

There are residential buildings to adapt them as much as possible to the environmental and cultural conditions. The main purpose of this study is to design house units with a flexible approach and use the extensibility of the building on a local scale, one to two floors, which can meet the needs of residents over time to meet the needs of people and the ability of the next generation and create A space for job security and entrepreneurship based on a specific function with a role beyond housing to raise the quality of life for residents, can also be built and implemented in the shortest time.
