نوآوري اجتماعي شامل فرآيند ظرفيت سازي، توانمندسازي و حكومت داري مبتني بر روابط درون فردي، تأكيد بر مهارتها، قابليت و شايستگي ها، دارايي ها و سرمايه اجتماعي، مشاركت و مسئوليت پذيري بازيگران مختلف در توسعه و پياده سازي برنامه ها و استراتژي ها است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ارائه الگوي نوآوري اجتماعي در دانشكده حكمراني است. بر اين اساس، سؤال از چيستي ويژگي¬هاي نوآوران اجتماعي و ارائه الگوي پياده¬سازي نوآوري اجتماعي براي دستيابي به چنين ويژگي¬هايي در دانشكده حكمراني، مسائل اصلي اين پژوهش بوده است. رويكرد پژوهش حاضر، كيفي، هدف تحقيق، اكتشافي، و روش گردآوري اطلاعات، از نوع كتابخانه¬اي و ميداني است. جامعه آماري تحقيق براي مصاحبه¬هاي نيمه ساختاريافته شامل استادان، خط¬مشي¬گذاران و عوامل اجرايي درگير در مسائل اجتماعي بودند. نمونه گيري به روش گلوله برفي انتخاب شد و تحليل داده¬ها از طريق روش تحليل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم افزار ATLAS.tiصورت پذيرفت كه در نهايت 194 مضمون ذيل 21 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 6 مضمون فراگير «ويژگي هاي شخصي»، «فرآيند شناخت و حل مسئله»، «آموزش و فرهنگ سازي»، «ويژگي هاي سازماني»، «اعتمادسازي و تعاملات كارا» و «حمايت و پشتباني» شناسايي شد.

Providing a model of social innovation in the School of Governance

Social innovation includes the process of capacity building, empowerment and governance based on interpersonal relationships, emphasis on skills, capabilities and competencies, assets and social capital, participation and responsibility of various actors in the development and implementation of programs and strategies. The main purpose of this study is to provide a model for the production of social innovation in the School of Governance. Accordingly, the question of what are the characteristics of social innovators and providing a model for implementing social innovation to achieve such characteristics in the Faculty of Governance have been the main issues of this study. The approach of the present research is qualitative, the purpose of the research is exploratory, and the method of data collection is library and field. The statistical population of the study for semi-structured interviews included professors, policy makers and executive agents involved in social issues. Sampling was selected by snowball method and data analysis was performed by content analysis method using ATLAS.ti software. Finally, 194 themes were organized under 21 themes and 6 comprehensive themes were "personal characteristics", "cognition process". And "problem solving", "education and culture building", "organizational characteristics", "trust building and efficient interactions" and "support and support" were identified.
