چكيده امروزه دستيابي به توسعه پايدار جزء اولويت¬هاي استراتژيك جهاني محسوب مي¬گردد. توسعه پايدار در پروژه¬ها در نظر گرفتن اهداف اقتصادي، اجتماعي و محيط زيستي به صورت يكپارچه در موارد مختلف پروژه محسوب مي¬گردد هدف اين تحقيق ارتباط فاكتورهاي مديريت پروژه¬ي توسعه پايدار با شاخص¬هاي بهره¬وري است. جامعة آماري در پژوهش حاضر، كارشناسان و متخصصان مربوط به پروژه هاي ساختمانهاي مسكوني در حال اجراي شهر تهران بود كه تعداد 356 نفر بعنوان نمونه معرف جامعه انتخاب شد. داده¬هاي لازم جهت بررسي فرضيه¬هاي پژوهش از طريق پرسش¬نامه به دست آمده است. پس از تاييد روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از نظر استادان، پايايي پرسشنامه¬هاي با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 81/0 و 87/0 به دست آمد و تاييد شد. هم چنين از روش مدل معادلات ساختاري براي ارزيابي مدل علي و بررسي قابليت اطمينان و اعتبار مدل اندازه گيري استفاده شد. مدل ارايه شده و اطلاعات به دست آمده از پرسش نامه ها از طريق نرم¬افزارهاي SPSS و AMOS، تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش، متغيرهاي: فرآيند حوزه¬هاي دانش مديريت متمركز بر پايداري (با ضريب اهميت 88/0)، تداركات و مشاركت سبز (76/0)، مسئوليت اجتماعي در پروژه(84/0)، فن¬آوري¬هاي زيست محيطي در پروژه(79/0)، طراحي زيست محيطي در پروژه (81/0) بر شاخص¬هاي بهره¬وري تاثير دارند.

Relationship between sustainable project management factors and productivity indicators using SEM Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract Today, achieving sustainable development is one of the global strategic priorities. Sustainable development of castration projects considering economic, social and environmental goals in an integrated manner in different project cases The purpose of this study is to link the factors of sustainable development project management with productivity indicators. Statistical population In the present study, experts and specialists related to residential building projects were being implemented in Tehran, and 356 people were selected as a representative sample of the community. The necessary data to test the research hypotheses were obtained through a questionnaire. After confirming the face and content validity of the questionnaires using professors' opinions, the reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha method was 0.81 and 0.87, respectively, and was confirmed. Also, the structural equation model method was used to evaluate the causal model and to evaluate the reliability and validity of the measurement model. The presented model and the information obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS and PLS software. According to the research results, the variables: process of management knowledge domains focused on sustainability (with a coefficient of importance of 0.88), procurement and green participation (0.76), social responsibility in the project (0.84), technology Environmental factors in the project (0.79), environmental design in the project (0.81) affect productivity indicators.
