The organization is required to use innovation for its development and progress, and this is not possible without having innovative people and creating an atmosphere of innovation; Talent management provides the conditions for innovation in the organization, including innovative talents and creating an atmosphere of innovation, the development of individuals and the organization. In the meantime, using the measures of Amir al-Mo'menin Ali (as) in Nahj al-Balaghah regarding interaction with people is very instructive. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of nature and is a data-based theorizing theory, which has collected information by using the library method, documentary information and preparing receipts from authoritative books and articles. For this purpose, first the central category of talent management for innovation in the organization is divided into two central and separate categories of innovation in the organization and talent management, then for each, separately, the opinions and researches of elites and humanities scientists are extracted and conceptualized; In this way, the initial mental concepts are identified and categorized. Then the materials related to the categories of innovation in the organization and talent management are selected, collected and coded from among the sermons, letters and wisdoms of Nahj Al-Balagha, and then the aggregation and conclusion of the data using Strauss and Corbin method under the data theory theory method. They will go through the concept and the concept, and finally it leads to the so-called innovative talent management in the organization, and the paradigm model of talent management for innovation in the organization based on Nahj Al-Balagha is presented. This model states that the central category of talent management for innovation in the organization, including causal conditions in order to attract talents with innovation potential, interventionist conditions for individual and organizational self-control (against innovation barriers), underlying conditions for retaining, maintaining talents and Special attention is paid to innovative talents and strategies for the growth and development of talents in order to select the best innovation options, and ultimately will have consequences for the development of innovative managers. In the meantime, the chain connecting all these categories to each other is the effort, perseverance, movement and advancement of innovative talent, which is referred to in this study as line breaking.
