هدف اصلي از انجام اين پژوهش، احياي بافت تاريخي و مركزي تهران مي باشد كه روزگاري از مناطق دلپذير شهر بوده و حيات در آن جريان داشته است. مطالعه گذشته اين بافت به همراه آداب و رسوم مختص به خود و همچنين موقعيت و همجواري هاي مناسب آن، ما را در انجام اين تحقيق مصر كرده است. امروزه اودلاجان، محله اي رها شده، جرم خيز و داراي سكنه محدود و ناراضي است. رويكرد طراحي اين پژوهش، مشاركت مردمي مي باشد و تلاش شده از ساكنين محله در احياي بافت استفاده شود. هدف اين رويكرد، شناخت نياز هاي معاصر بافت و شناسايي عوامل ترك ساكنين، نارضايتي ها و معضلات محله از ديد ساكنين ميباشد. روش تحقيق، روش پديدارشناسي است. روش نمونهگيري تصادفي است. در هر گذر به صورت تصادفي يك خانه مسكوني انتخاب شده و با ساكنان مصاحبه شده تا نياز هاي اساسي از اين طريق مشخص شود. همچنين با كسبه و مغازه داران نيز مصاحبه شده است تا نيازهاي اين گروه نيز مشخص شود. حجم نمونه در اين تحقيق 20 نفر از ساكنين مي باشد. پرسشنامه داراي يك چارچوب كلي مي باشد. سوالات پرسشنامه بازپاسخ و با تعداد محدود بوده تا ساكنان بتوانند به راحتي با كلام خودشان مشكلات را شرح دهند و بگويند واقعا چه نياز هايي دارند. يافته ها نشان داد؛ مولفه هاي شهرسازي كه با توجه به نياز هاي ساكنين در نظر گرفته شود ميتواند براي داشتن طرحي جامع جهت احياي بافت استفاده شود.

The Rehabilitation of Historical Texture with Emphasise on people patticpation, The Case stady of Oudlajan, Tehran

The main purpose of the research is to revitalize the historical and central context of Tehran, which was once one of the most desirable areas of the city where life went on . Previous studies of this context, along with its own rituals, as well as its appropriate location and proximities, has led us to get into this study. Today, Oudlajan, a crime-ridden abandoned neighborhood, has limited and dissatisfied residents. The approach of designing in this study is through the public participation, using the residents of the neighborhood in rehabilitationing the context. The purpose in this approach is to identify the contemporary needs of the context and to explore the factors of abandonment by residents, their dissatisfactions and problems of the neighborhood from the residents' point of view. The research method is phenomenological. The sampling method is random. A residential house is randomly selected in each pass so that the basic needs of residents can be found through interviews. Furthermore, Interviews with traders and shopkeepers in the context has determined the needs of this group too. The sample size in this study is 20 residents. The questionnaire has a general framework. Open-ended survey questions was in limited number and given to the residents to express the problems easily in their own words so that they could reveal what they really need. The results showed that urban planning components according to the needs of the residents are helpful in order to have a comprehensive plan to revitalize the context.
