نقش تامين در زنجيره تامين در سازمانها هميشه مورد توجه بوده است. تدوين يك رويكرد استراتژيك براي تأمين كالا امري حياتي است زيرا مي تواند به سازمان كمك كند تا درهزينه هاي خود به طور قابل توجهي صرفه جويي كند و براي ماندن در محيط رقابتي يك مزيت بسيار مهم است. برخي از نتايجي كه ناشي از توجه به نقش تداركات در بهبود عملكرد سازمان ها مي شود عبارتند از: بهبود كيفيت محصولات/خدمات، ، منجر به كاهش هزينه ها، بهبود توانايي پاسخگويي به تقاضا و كمك به رضايت و اعتماد مشتري .با توجه به اهميت تداركات و تامين در هر صنعتي، دراين تحقيق به موضوع وضعيت تامين در صنعت ساخت و ساز مي پردازيم. صنعت ساخت و ساز يكي از بازيكنان عمده در اقتصاد است. در پروژه هاي ساختماني هزينه مواد مي تواند 50٪ تا 60٪ كل هزينه پروژه باشد، و مديريت آنها بر 80٪ از برنامه هاي پروژه تاثير مي گذارد. CSCM (مديريت زنجيره تامين در صنعت ساخت و ساز) به عنوان مديريت استراتژيك جريان اطلاعات، فعاليت ها، وظايف و فرآيندها تعريف مي شودكه، شامل شبكه هاي مختلف، سازمان هاي مستقل و ارتباطات (بالا و پايين دست) كه ارزش توليد شده را در غالب پروژه ي پاياني به مالك مي رساند. يكي از مهمترين مسايلي كه بايد در مديريت زنجيره تامين يك سازمان مورد توجه قرار مي گيرد، روش ها و تكنيك هاي رايج در امر تامين است. در اين مطالعه به بررسي وضعيت تامين در يك شركت ساخت و ساز به منظور انتخاب تامين كننده در سطح راهبردي و ايجاد روابط متناسب با آنها با استفاده از ماتريس پرتفوي خريد كرالجيك، چهارچوبي براي فرايند خريد در نظر گرفته شده است و همچنين از روش تركيبي آنتروپي شانون و AHP فازي و ويكور فازي براي حل مسئله استفاده شده است.

The role of supply chain in organizations has always been considered. Developing a strategic approach to supplying goods is critical because it can help the organization save significantly on its costs and is a very important advantage for staying competitive. Some of the consequences of paying attention to the role of procurement in improving the performance of organizations are: improving the quality of products / services, leading to reduced costs, improving the ability to respond to demand and helping customer satisfaction and trust. Given the importance of procurement and supply in any industry, in this research we address the issue of supply situation in the construction industry. The construction industry is one of the major players in the economy .In construction projects, the cost of materials can be 50% to 60% of the total project cost, and their management affects 80% of the project plans. CSCM (Construction Supply Chain Management ) is defined as the strategic management of the flow of information, activities, tasks and processes, including various networks, independent organizations and communications (upstream and downstream) that generate value in Most of the final project is delivered to the owner. One of the most important issues that should be considered in the supply chain management of an organization is the common methods and techniques in supply. In this study, in order to examine the supply situation in a construction company in order to select suppliers at the strategic level and establish appropriate relationships with them using the Kraljic purchase portfolio matrix, a framework for the procurement process has been considered and also fuzzy Shannon’s entropy and AHP and fuzzy vikor have been used to solve the problem.
