    In recent years, research on antibacterial, mechanical, corrosion and other properties of Ti-Cu thin films has grown significantly; Thus, according to the research needs, research in each of these fields has grown and met the needs of their respective departments [2-4]. Research on the antibacterial properties of materials has been key for the first time since 1950 by Holden et al .; After that, many reviews and resources in this field were presented to the comprehensive scientific by researchers and scholars in this field [3-6]. But for the past 20 years, this issue has been pursued more seriously after scientific advances and successes in this field [2, 7-9]. Ti- Cu thin films were prepared in this study using RF and DC sputtering layering method. According to the results obtained from antibacterial analyzes, these layers disappeared from the substrate (glass) according to the results obtained from the antibacterial analyzes. So for the first time with annealing the Ti-Cu thin films at 400 ° C for 15 minutes, the problem of layers disappearing from the substrates is solved; the results are presented in more detail in Chapter 4. The annealed and unannealed layers were both tested for two antibacterial tests, which confirmed the antibacterial properties for the annealed layers. Therefore, other analyzes were just taken from the annealed layers. SEM images show the thickness of these layers in detail. EDX analysis showed that the Ti-Cu antibacterial layers were successful and confirmed the presence of Ti and Cu in the layers. XRD analysis confirmed the amorphous crystal structure of the layers. Agar environment test (Halo Test) analysis and colony count (CFU) were performed for S. Aureus, a gram-positive bacterium, and showed the antibacterial properties of Ti-Cu anneaned layers. As 65% of the lethal effect was reported for these layers. The results showed that the annealing of Ti-Cu layers could have a positive effect on the adhesion and durability of the layers in the environment.
