محور فرهنگي-تاريخي سرچشمه گرگان به عنوان بخشي از بافت تاريخي گرگان داراي عناصر تاريخي از گذشته خانه هاي تاريخي- تكايا و ...( مي باشد. هم اكنون اين محور علاوه بر شادابي نس ي، دچار فرسودگي كال دي نيز است، برخي از خانه هاي قديمي در حال فرسايش هستند، نظم اجتماعي و فرهنگي بافت در حال تغيير است و ورود گردشگران نيز به اين نظم جريان جديدي را وارد نموده است.هدس اين پايان نامه:شناخت عوامل تا يرگذار در ميزان مشاركت ينفعان و يمدخلان درساماندهي محورفرهنگي-تاريخي سرچشمه و شناخت راهكارهاي تقويت حضور و جلب مشاركت ينفعان و يمدخلان در حفاظت ازمحورفرهنگي-تاريخي سرچشمه گرگان و اين پژوهش درصدد پاسخگويي به سوالام يل است: عوامل تا يرگذار درميزان مشاركت ينفعان و يمدخلان درساماندهي محورفرهنگي-تاريخي سرچشمه گرگان كدامند؟ و چه راهكارهايي براي تقويت حضور و جلب مشاركت ينفعان و يمدخلان در حفاظت از اين محور وجود دارد؟كه ازروش توصيفي- تحليلي استفاده گرديد و نيز روش گردآوري اطلاعام در اين تحقيق، اسنادي و ميداني بوده است. ابزارگردآوري اطلاعام تحقيق حاضر، مصاح ه، مشاهده و مطالعام ميداني بوده است و نتايج نشان مي دهد، مشاركت مردم و شهروندان و مسئولين روند بهسازي و نوسازي بافت فرسوده محله سرچشمه را تسريع مي بخشند. و ساماندهي محله باعث افزايش حس تعلق و نقش پذيري مي شود.

Organizing the historical and cultural axis of sarcheshmeh gorgan based on the participation of local communities

The cultural-historical axis of Sarcheshmeh Gorgan as a part of the historical context of Gorgan has historical elements from the past (historical houses - Takaya, etc.). Now, in addition to relative freshness, this axis is also suffering from physical deterioration, some old houses are being eroded, the social and cultural order of the texture is changing, and the entry of tourists into this order has introduced a new current. Thesis: Recognizing the factors affecting the participation of stakeholders and stakeholders in organizing the culturalhistorical axis of Sarcheshmeh and recognizing strategies to strengthen the presence and participation of stakeholders and stakeholders in protecting the cultural-historical axis of Sarcheshmeh Gorgan and this study seeks to answer the following questions: Stakeholders And what are the stakeholders in organizing the cultural-historical axis of the source of Gorgan? And what are the strategies to strengthen the presence and involvement of stakeholders and stakeholders in the protection of this axis? Descriptive-analytical method was used and the method of data collection in this research was documentary and field. The data collection tools of the present study were interviews, observations and field studies, and the results show that the participation of people, citizens and officials accelerates the process of improving and renovating the worn-out texture of Sarcheshmeh neighborhood. And .organizing the neighborhood increases the sense of belonging and role-playing
