به دنيال بهره برداري از خط آهن به نسبت ميزان ترافيك و تناژ عبوري كيفيت روسازي خط افت كرده و هندسه مسير دستخوش تغيير ميشود كه در صورت كم توجهي ايمني و عبور قطارها را به خطر مياندازد. لذا براي نگهداري خط در سطح كيفي مناسب ناچار به انجام عمليات تعمير و نگهداري خط خواهيم بود كه اين عمليات سهم بزرگي از هزينه هاي راه آهن در هر كشوري از جهان را به خود اختصاص ميدهد و بخش قابل توجهي از اين هزينههاي عمليات تعمير و نگهداري هم مربوط به عمليات بهسازي خط ميباشد كه هر چند سال يكبار ممكن است بنا به دلايل مختلم انجام گيرد. با درك نياز به عمليات تعمير و نگهداري و عمليات بهسازي سازماندهي و برنامهريزي عمليات بهسازي بيشتر ورورت پيدا ميكند. از آن جا كه در حال حاور شيوه مدوني به منظور بررسي معيارهاي فني و شاخ هاي كمي اجزاي خط جهت انجام عمليات بهسازي خطوط در ايران وجود ندارد. در اين پاياننامه روشي جديد مبتني بر شاخ آلودگي بالاست ) 1FI ) و شاخ خرابي اجزاي خط ) 2TSCI ( جهت اولويت بندي قطعات براي انجام عمليات بهسازي پيشنهاد شده است. همچنين با پيادهسازي روش پيشنهادي در يك برنامه كامپيوتري سعي شده است كه با وارد كردن مقادير شاخ ها براي هر قطعه از خط ابتدا قطعات نيازمند بهسازي مشخ شده و سپس اولويتبندي قطعات بصورت خودكار صورت پذيرد كه در تصميمگيري براي مهندسان و عوامل اجرايي ميتواند مفيد واقع شود. جهت بررسي قابليت اجرايي مدل بر روي خطوط واقعي از اطلاعات محور صوفيان- رازي در راهآهن آذربايجان استفاده گرديد. پس از محاسبه مقادير شاخ ها براي محور مذكور و وارد كردن آنها به برنامه كامپيوتري اقدام به اولويت بندي قطعات جهت انجام عمليات بهسازي گرديد. نتايجي كه از برنامه گرفته شد مطاب واقعيت بود و قطعات بحراني و نيازمند بهسازي را براي ما مشخ كرد.

Development of a model for prioritizing railway tracks to perform track rehabilitation based on the failure indices of track pavement components

Due to the operation of the railway, in proportion to the amount of traffic and tonnage passing, the quality of the pavement of the track decreases and the geometry of the route changes, which endangers the safety and safety of trains if not paid enough attention. Therefore, in order to maintain the track at a proper quality level, we will have to carry out track maintenance operations, which account for a large share of railway costs in each country of the world, and a significant part of these maintenance costs. It is related to track rehabilitation operations that may be performed every few years for various reasons. Understanding the need for maintenance and rehabilitation operations, organizing and planning rehabilitation operations becomes more necessary. Since at present there is no codified method to study the technical criteria and quantitative indicators of track components to perform track rehabilitation operations in Iran. In this dissertation, a new method based on ballast fouling index (FI) and track component failure index (TSCI) is proposed to prioritize parts for rehabilitation operations. Also, by implementing the proposed method in a computer program, by entering the values of indicators for each part of the track, first the parts in need of rehabilitation are identified and then the parts are prioritized automatically, which can be useful in decision making for engineers and executives. . To evaluate the feasibility of the model on real tracks, Sufian-Razi axis information was used on the Azerbaijan railway. After calculating the values of the indicators for the mentioned axis and entering them into the computer program, the parts were prioritized to perform the rehabilitation operation. The results obtained from the program were in track with reality and identified critical parts that needed to be improved.
