Rolling is one of the most widely used forming operations in the industry. This method is used in the industry of production of sheets, wires, etc. In this thesis, thin sheet rolling machine is made. Today, thin sheets are widely used in military, industrial process, packaging process, etc. Therefore, there is a need for a high-accuracy and high-speed rolling machine which can be used in laboratory and industrial fields. The localizing the technology of making thin sheets is the purpose of making thin sheet rolling machine. For this purpose, the necessary parts are made and prepared and the manufacturing process is done. One of the capabilities of the machine is the production of sheets with thicknesses between 2 mm and 20 microns. The salient point of this machine is the production of sheets with a thickness tolerance of 2 microns and also the fact that the sheet is not fenched. This cold rolling machine produces sheets with exactly the same properties on the surface. To make this machine, turning, milling, grinding and heat treatment processes have been used.
