This study aimed to investigate the effect of Sb2O3 on the sintering, crystallization, and synthesis of color spectra in the leucite crystalline phase. A batch with chemical composition 62 SiO2, 12.43 Al2O3, 6.21 Na2O, 12 K2O, 1.03 CaO, 5.18 B2O3, 0.51 ZrO2, 0.64 CeO2, and 0.4 TiO2 (wt. %) and the second composition, which also contains three parts by weight of Sb2O3, were prepared and fritted. The third compound, which contained 3 wt. % Sb2O3 in frit powder, was prepared. Then, the powdered frits were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and particle size distribution. The samples were sintered at 875 °C, with heating rates of 10 °C/min for 10 minutes. The samples were then heat-treated according to DTA results and characterized by X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscope. Furthermore, the three-point bending strength and the Vickers microhardness of the samples were evaluated. According to the results, the Sb2O3 – free sample was more sinterable than the Sb2O3 bearing one, and the X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the crystallization in the latter is more intense. Finally, based on the scanning electron micrographs, surface crystallization was the dominant mechanism in both Sb2O3 – free and the containing Sb2O3 samples; however, the latter showed a more rather crystallization tendency. The results indicated the bending strength of the samples increases from 162 MPa to 359.4 MPa, by using Sb2O3 in the glasses. By adding coloring agents to the frit powders containing antimony oxide and free of it, the color spectrum was prepared. And the factors affecting it were investigated. And after colorimetric analyzes such as spectroradiometer and spectrophotometer, it was found that this parameter affected on the colors and led to a more bleaching effect (change in whiteness index) and reduced color concentration (change in chroma index); on the other hand, The amount of light transmission, which showed the transparency of the samples, was affected. And resulted in a reduction in light transmission of 52.07 for samples without additives to a mean of 38.9 in containing Sb2O3 samples.
