خانه صادق هدايتب بنايي با ويژگيهاي ارزشمند است كه در دورهي قاجار ساخته شده است. با وجود آنكه اين ساختمان داراي ويژگيهاي معماري با ارزش و منحصر به فرد مي باشد و از موقعيت مكاني بسيار خوبي برخوردار استب اما كم توجهي به بُعد تاريخيب عدم رسيدگي و رها شدگي آن و همچنين مداخ ت غير اصولي ايجاد شده در آن باعث شده كه در طي زمان دچار فرسودگي و آسيبهاي ساختاري شود و از شكل اصيل خود كمي فاصله بگيرد. حفظ و نگهداري از اين خانهي تاريخي در شرايطي كه با رهاشدگي و عدم حفاظتب ممكن است به تدريج به سمت آسيب هاي جكران ناپذير برودب امري بسيار مهم و ضروري است كه در ادامه ميتوان با اعطاي كاربري مناسب ادبي و فرهنگي به آن در شناساندن معماري تاريخي و ترويج فرهنگ و شناخت آثار ادبي معاصرب گام بسيار مهمي برداشت. بنابراين هدف اصلي اين پروژهب بازشناسي اصل بناب حفظ هويت و كالكد تاريخي آن مي باشد كه در ادامهب احياء و باز زنده سازي اين خانه مي تواند باعث شناخت بيشتر افراد نسكت به بنا و معماري اواخر دوره قاجار و همچنين آشنايي با ادبيات دورهي معاصر و آثار صادق هدايت شود. اين بنا داراي موقعيت مكاني بسيار مهم مي باشد كه از ديرباز تاكنون مورد توجه بوده و به يكي از گره هاي اصلي تاريخيب فرهنگيب اقتصادي و تجاري شهر تكديل شده است )خيابان لاله زارب سعدي و...(. بنابراين قرارگيري در بافت تاريخي و همجواري با عناصر ارزشمند آن و همچنين نزديكي مكان هاي خدماتي مانند بيمارستانب مسجدب رستورانب كافي شاپ و... به بنا مي تواند در مرمت و احياء اين خانه بسيار تاثيرگذار و سودمند باشد. علي رغم اهميت و جايگاه ويژه ي اين بناب مطالعات تخصصيب جامع و هدفمندي راجع به آن صورت نگرفته و اين مطالعات محدود به مستند سازي و بررسي ويژگي هاي كلي معماري اين خانه مي باشند. به همين علت پرداختن به موضوع مرمت و احياي خانه صادق هدايت داراي اهميت و ضرورت به نظر مي رسد. پروژه طر) مرمت و احياي خانه صادق هدايت در قالب دو بخش مطالعات ميداني كه شامل برداشت و بررسي وضع موجود بنا )پ ن ها و نماهاب سازهب تزيينات و آسيب شناسي( و مطالعات كتابخانه اي كه در حيطه ي شناخت و با استفاده از بررسي اسناد و مطالعه كتاب هاب مقالات و پژوهش هايي كه توسط ديگر پژوهشگران صورت گرفته است، مي باشد. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش هاي تاريخيب توصيفيب تحليلي و ميداني به دريافت داده ها پرداخته شده و پس از آن به مقايسه و تجزيه و تحليل و آنها مي پردازيم و در نتيجه با وجود شناخت از ويژگي هاي معماريب تاريخي و فرهنگي و آگاهي از پتانسيل هاي موجودب طر) مرمت و باززنده سازي بنا با اهدافي كه پيشتر ذكر شدب ارائه مي گردد.

Renovation of Sadegh Hedayat House based on contemporary Iranian culture and literature

Sadegh Hedayat House is a building with valuable features that was built during the Qajar period. Although this building has valuable and unique architectural features and has a very good location, however, the lack of attention to the historical dimension, its lack of attention and abandonment, as well as the unprincipled interventions created in it, have caused it to suffer from wear and structural damage over time and deviate a little from its original form. It is very important and necessary to maintain this historic house in a situation where, with abandonment and lack of protection, it may gradually lead to irreparable damage, in the following, by giving it a proper literary and cultural use, a very important step can be taken in introducing historical architecture and promoting culture and recognizing contemporary literary works. Therefore, the main purpose of this project is to recognize the original building, preserve its identity and historical body, in the future, the revival and revitalization of this house can lead to more knowledge of people about the building and architecture of the late Qajar period, as well as familiarity with contemporary literature and honest works. This building has a very important location that has been considered for a long time and has become one of the main historical, cultural, economic and commercial nodes of the city (Lalehzar, Saadi and ...). Therefore, being located in the historical context and adjacent to its valuable elements, as well as the proximity of service places such as hospitals, mosques, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., can be very effective and useful in the renovation and revitalization of this house. Despite the importance and special place of this building, specialized, comprehensive and purposeful studies have not been done about it and these studies are limited to documenting and examining the general architectural features of this house. For this reason, addressing the issue of repairing and reviving Sadegh Hedayat's house seems important and necessary. Sadegh Hedayat House Renovation Project Project in the form of two sections: field studies that include surveying and reviewing the current condition of the building (plans and facades, structures, decorations and pathology) and library studies in the field of cognition, and by reviewing documents and reading books, articles and research done by other researchers. In the present study, data are obtained using historical, descriptive, analytical and field methods, and then we compare and analyze them and as a result, despite knowing the architectural, historical and cultural features and being aware of the existing potentials, the restoration plan is presented according to the goals mentioned earlier.
