معرفي : انگشتان دست از مهمترين اندام‌هاي حركتي انسان‌ها هستند كه بدون حركت دادن و استفاده از آنها قادر به انجام بسياري از كارهاي ساده و روزمره¬ي خود نيستيم و هرگاه هر كدام از انگشتان دچار آسيب شود، لازم است كه مورد سريعتر معاينه شده ميزان آسيب براورد شود و اقدامات لازم جهت بهبود اتخا‌‌‌‌ذ گردد، در طي مسير بهبودي وضعيت انگشتان بيمار بايد مرتبا مورد ارزيابي قرار گيرد تا تاثيرگذاري اقدامات انجام شده و روند بهبود سنجيده شود. در دنياي امروز تكنولوژي با سرعت بسياري در حال پيشرفت است. فناوري‌هاي جديد روز به روز ظهور مي‌كنند و فرصت‌ها و قابليت‌هاي تازه‌اي در اختيار ما قرار مي‌دهند. يكي از تحولاتي كه تكنولوژي نوين در سال‌هاي اخير ايجاد نموده در زمينه‌ي سلامت است. هدف اين پروژه طراحي محصولي است كه با استفاده از تكنولوژي ارزيابي معاينات باليني(حركت انگشتان دست فرد آسيب ديده) كه تاكنون به صورت كيفي وغيردقيق توسط دست پرستار يا پزشك صورت مي‌گرفت را كمي‌سازي كند. در واقع اين پروژه سعي دارد براي دستيابي به اين مهم سلامت قدمي در راه پيشرفت آن بردارد. اين كار سبب مي‌شود تا مريض و عوامل مربوطه(پرستاران ، پزشكان و...) به خوبي شاهد روند بهبودي بيمار باشند و اطلاعات دقيق‌تر و قابل استنادتري در اين زمينه در دست باشد. همچنين سبب تسريع در روند بهبود بيمار مي شود. اين پروژه از نوع علمي وكاربردي است و با متدهاي توصيفي-ميداني مورد نيازشناسي و شاخص‌گزيني قرار گرفته است. در ابتدا با استفاده از روش مرور متون تحقيقي در زمينه معاينات باليني نيازسنجي انجام شده است و اطلاعات آن از مطالعه منابع و جستجوي مقالات در سايت‌ها و پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي مربوط به موضوع جمع‌آوري و براساس مطالعات ميداني بيمارستاني نيازسنجي انجام گرديد. بعد از طراحي نمونه اوليه، بر اساس پرسشنامه و رفتارسنجي كاربران مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و در زمينه طراحي محصول با نگاه رعايت قوانين طراحي تجهيزات پزشكي، قابليت ساخت و توليد مورد ارزيابي واقع شد.

Introduction: Fingers are one of the most important organs of human movement, without moving and using them, we are not able to do many simple and daily tasks, and whenever any of the fingers is injured, it is necessary to examine the case faster. To assess and take the necessary measures to improve, during the recovery process, the condition of the patient's fingers should be evaluated regularly to measure the effectiveness of the measures taken and the recovery process. In today's world, technology is advancing rapidly. New technologies are emerging day by day and provide us with new opportunities and capabilities. One of the developments that new technology has created in recent years is in the field of health. The aim of this project is to design a product that quantifies using clinical examination evaluation technology (movement of the injured person's fingers) that has been performed qualitatively and inaccurately by a nurse or physician. In fact, this project is trying to take a step towards its development to achieve this important health. This causes the patient and related factors (nurses, doctors, etc.) to see the patient's recovery process well and more accurate and reliable information is available in this regard. It also accelerates the patient's recovery process. This project is of scientific and practical type and has been identified and selected by descriptive-field methods. Initially, a needs assessment was performed using the method of reviewing research texts in the field of clinical examinations, and its information was collected from studying sources and searching for articles in sites and databases related to the subject, and based on hospital field studies. After designing the prototype, it was evaluated based on a questionnaire and user behavior, and in the field of product design, the ability to manufacture and manufacture was evaluated by observing the rules of designing medical equipment.
