باززنده سازي به سرزندگي و بهبود اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و كالبدي بافت هاي تاريخي شهرها كمك شايان توجهي مي نمايد. در اين ميان مشاركت جويي ساكنين محله نقش بارزي در باززنده سازي بافت هاي تاريخي ايفا مي كند. برهمين اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر تحليل عوامل تأثيرگذار در باززنده سازي بافت تاريخي شهر گرگان با رويكرد مشاركت جويي در احياي حيات ساكنين است. مهمترين عاملي كه به تداوم حيات بشر ياري رسانده، مشاركت ميان انسان هاست تا جايي كه هيچ فرد يا ملتي بدون كمك ديگران نمي تواند به حيات خويش ادامه دهد. يكي از مولفه هاي بسيار مهم در جهت گيري مثبت رفتاري يك جامعه، در مفهوم مشاركت نهفته است؛ از اين رو كه مفهوم مشاركت، بويژه از دهه ي هفتاد ميلادي به بعد، به عنوان يك موضوع مهم و كليدي جاي خود را در علوم اجتماعي باز كرد. هدف از اين پژوهش احيا و ارتقا كيفيت زندگي ساكنين با تاكيد بر مشاركت جويي سكنه بافت تاريخي محله نعلبندان و ارزيابي تاثير ميزان مشاركت مردم بافت محله نعلبندان در باززنده سازي و احياي بافت اين محله است. براي تحقق اين هدف از روش كيفي و استفاده از مصاحبه هاي باز استفاده شده است. يافته هاي حاصل از تحليل مصاحبه هاي پژوهش حاكي از اين امر است كه ساكنين بافت محله مورد مطالعه تعلق خاطر و تمايل به ماندن در بافت را دارند كه همين امر يك عامل اساسي در جهت تحقق اهداف تحقيق است.

Regeneration contributes significantly to the vitality and economic, social, cultural and physical improvement of the historical contexts of cities. In the meantime, the participation of the residents of the neighborhood plays a significant role in the revitalization of historical contexts. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the revitalization of the historical context of Gorgan with a participatory approach in reviving the lives of residents. The most important factor that has contributed to the survival of human life is the participation between human beings to the extent that no individual or nation can survive without the help of others. One of the most important components in the positive behavioral direction of a society lies in the concept of participation; Therefore, the concept of participation, especially from the seventies onwards, as an important and key issue has found its place in the social sciences and ... The purpose of this study is to revive and improve the quality of life of residents by emphasizing the participation of residents in the historical context of Naalbandan neighborhood and assess the impact of participation of the people of Naalbandan neighborhood in revitalizing and revitalizing the texture of this neighborhood. To achieve this goal, a qualitative method and the use of open interviews have been used. Findings from the analysis of research interviews indicate that the residents of the study area have a sense of belonging and a desire to stay in the context, which is a key factor in achieving the objectives of the study.
