توسعه صنعتي در چند دهه گذشته تحولات بسيار زيادي را در تمام حوزه ها ايجاد كرده است. يكي از حوزه هايي كه بصورت جدي تحت تاثير تحولات صنعتي قرار گرفته است ، صنعت حمل و نقل ريلي است. سرمايه گذاري لازم در اين صنعت بسيار زياد است و تداوم فعاليت ها و ارائه خدمات مناسب در اين صنعت مستلزم هماهنگي دقيق بين عناصر زنجيره تامين بويژه بين تامين كنندگان ، توليد كنندگان يا ارائه دهندگان خدمات حمل و نقل ريلي ميباشد. در حال حاضر بسيار از شركت هاي فعال در زمينه توليد ناوگان و تجهيزات ريلي و يا ارائه دهندگان خدمات حمل و نقل ريلي از كارآمدي سيستم لجستيك و زنجيره تامين خود به عنوان يك مزيت رقابتي استفاده ميكنند و تلاش مي كنند از اين مزيت در حد اكثر ممكن بهره برداري نمايند. يكي از چالش هاي جديد در كارآمدي زنجيره تامين صنعت ريلي ، انتخاب بهترين تامين كنندگان قطعات ، تجهيزات و مواد اوليه مورد نياز توسط توليدكنندگان و يا ارائه دهندگان خدمات حمل و نقل ريلي است. اين مسله در سالهاي اخير كه تحريم صنعت ريلي شدت بيشتري يافته است ، بيشتر نمايان شده و لازم است تدبيري براي مقابله با آن ارائه گردد. در اين تحقيق اين مسئله مورد توجه قرار گرفته و در يك شركت فعال در صنعت ريلي بررسي شده است. در اين تحقيق ، در ابتدا ليست بلندي از تامين كنندگان اقلام پرمصرف تهيه شده و در ادامه تامين كنندگان با استفاده از روش بهترين-بدترين اولويت بندي شده اند. همچنين به منظور اجتناب از وابستگي به يك تامين كننده ( بهترين تامين كننده در ليست تامين كنندگان) ، با استفاده از اصل پاراتو ميزان تقاضا بين سه تامين كننده برتر ، تخصيص يافته و نتايج هر تصميم با استفاده از تئوري بازي ها بررسي و تحليل شده است. نتايج حاصله بهترين تركيب تخصص تقاضا را در بين تامين كنندگان مشخص كرده و منجر به تعادل بلند مدت بين تامين كنندگان و شركت ريلي طرف قرارداد ميگردد.

selection of Suppliers in Rail Industry Supply Chain using a Hybrid Best-Worst Method and Game Theory

Industrial development has led to numerous changes in different fields. One of the major fields influenced by industrial developments is the rail transportation industry. This industry is highly invested and the continuation of its activities and presentation of suitable services in this industry is subject to the careful coordination between elements of the supply chain, namely suppliers, manufacturers, and providers of rail transportation services. Currently, most active companies in fields such as shipbuilding, manufacturing of rail equipment, and rail transportation services are using their efficient logistics systems and supply chain as a competitive advantage and try their best in order to maximize their use of this advantage. One of the state-of-art challenges in the rail industry’s efficient supply chain is to select the best providers of pieces, equipment, and raw materials needed by the manufacturers and providers of rail transportations services. This matter has become more prominent in the last few years due to the increased number of sanctions on the rail industry and hence, necessary actions need to be taken in order to deal with this matter. To address this matter, this article is conducted in a company that functions in the rail industry. In this research, a long list of providers of widely-used items within the rail industry was created and next, suppliers were prioritized with the aid of the best-worst method. Moreover, to prevent any dependence on one supplier (the best supplier in the list), demand surface was allocated according to the suppliers’ weight among the top three suppliers, and the findings of each decision were investigated and analyzed using game theory. The obtained results lead to the best mix of allocated demand among the suppliers and created a long-term balance between suppliers and the rail company associated with the contract.
