يكي از موضوعات مهم و قابل بحث در حوزه طراحي شهري، طراحي فضاي شهري به گونه اي است كه تمامي شهروندان با سنين و جنسيت ها و توانمندي هاي مختلف بتوانند به راحتي در اين فضاها حضور يابند و از امكانات و خدمات آن بهره مند شوند. به عبارت ديگر دو موضوع نهفته در اين مبحث يكي همه شمول بودن فضاي شهري و در برگرفتن تمامي اعضاي جامعه با هر سطح از توانمندي در ابعاد مختلف جسمي، روحي مي¬باشد و ديگري ميزان توجه و پاسخدهي فضاي طراحي شده به نيازها و مطالبات افراد استفاده كننده از فضا. در قسمت اول يا همان توجه به همه شمول بودن فضاي شهري، توجه به افرادي كه دچار نقص ها، محروميت ها و يا مشكلات خاص هستند اهميت دو چندان مي¬يابد كه يكي از افراد اين گروه معلولين جسمي و حركتي هستند. با توجه به ميزان حضور و رضايتمندي اين افراد، مي توان به سطح كيفيت ارائه خدمات فضاي شهري پي برد. در قسمت دوم يا همان ميزان توجه و پاسخدهي محيط به نيازها و مطالبات افراد، بحث حضور مردم و مشاركت و همكاري آن ها در طراحي فضاي شهري يا در مقياس وسيع تر توسعه شهر مطرح مي¬شود. بنابراين ميزان مشاركت و حضور معلولين جسمي-حركتي در طراحي فضاي شهري، باعث كمك به مطالبه گري آنان شده و در حين اين مطالبه گري به ساختن شهري همه شمول نيز منجر مي¬شود. از آنجاييكه در ساختار اصلي فضاي شهري، يكي از مهم ترين فضاهاي عمومي شهر، خيابان ها هستند و روزانه تعداد كثيري از شهروندان جهت انجام فعاليت هاي روزمره از اين فضاي شهري استفاده مي¬كنند، از طرف ديگر خيابان وليعصر از خيابان هاي تاريخي تهران مي¬باشد كه نقش مهمي در سازمان فضايي شهر تهران ايفا مي¬كند. زيرا طولاني ترين خيابان تهران است و به نوعي شمال و جنوب تهران را به يكديگر متصل مي¬كند و همچنين داراي شناسه هاي هويتي ارزشمند نيز مي¬باشد كه لازم است به عنوان يك فضاي شهري همگاني مهم بتواند پذيراي حضور و تعامل تمامي شهروندان باشد. بنابراين هدف از انجام اين پژوهش ابتدا بررسي ميزان پاسخگويي اين فضاي شهري به نياز هاي معلوين جسمي و سپس ارائه راهكار هاي طراحي مناسب براي خيابان ها بطوريكه بتوانند ارتقاء دهنده حضور و مشاركت مردم و ايجاد كننده فضاي عمومي همه شمول باشد، مي¬باشد. در راستاي اين هدف، ايجاد فضاهاي شهري چندعملكردي و منعطف داراي سرزندگي و حيات اجتماعي (حد فاصل چهارراه جمهوري تا چهارراه وليعصر) مورد توجه اين پژوهش قرار گرفته است كه در نهايت فضاي همگاني جديدي كه در ابعاد مختلف طراحي شهري پاسخدهنده بوده شكل گرفته است كه مانند مكاني همه شمول و خاطره‌انگيز در خدمت رفاه معلولين جسمي و ديگر شهروندان مي‌باشد. در اين پژوهش، روش تحقيق بر مبناي مطالعات توصيفي و كيفي است و در راستاي انجام آن پس از مطالعات اسنادي و كتابخانه اي(تحليل محتوا)، بازديد ميداني از طريق تكنيك هاي چك ليست، مشاهده ميداني، عكس برداري و نقشه برداري و همچنين جست و جو در دنياي مجازي انجام مي¬گردد. واژگان كليدي: فضاي همگاني، معلولين جسمي-حركتي، خيابان، طراحي شهري، همه شمولي

Designing urban public space to facilitate the presence of the physically disabled (Study sample: urban space of Valiasr street, between Valiasr intersection and Jomhouri intersection)

One of the most important and debatable issues in the field of urban design is the design of urban space in such a way that all citizens of different ages, genders and abilities can easily attend these spaces and benefit from its facilities and services. In other words, there are two issues in this issue, one is the universality of urban space and the inclusion of all members of society with any level of ability in different physical and mental dimensions, and the other is the degree of attention and response to the space designed to meet the needs and demands of people. From space. In the first part, or paying attention to the inclusiveness of urban space, paying attention to people with special disabilities, deprivations or problems is doubly important, as one of the people in this group is physically and physically disabled. According to the presence and satisfaction of these people, we can understand the level of quality of urban space services. In the second part, or the amount of attention and response of the environment to the needs and demands of individuals, the presence of people and their participation and cooperation in the design of urban space or on a larger scale of urban development is discussed. Therefore, the level of participation and presence of the physically-physically disabled in the design of urban space, helps to support their demands and at the same time leads to the construction of an inclusive city. Since in the main structure of urban space, one of the most important public spaces of the city are the streets and a large number of citizens use this urban space for daily activities, on the other hand, Valiasr Street is one of the historical streets of Tehran. ¬ Be that plays an important role in the space organization of Tehran. Because it is the longest street in Tehran and somehow connects the north and south of Tehran and also has valuable identities that it is necessary as an important public space to be able to receive the presence and interaction of all citizens. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to first investigate the response of this urban space to the needs of the physically disabled and then to provide appropriate design solutions for the streets so that they can promote the presence and participation of people and create an inclusive public space. In line with this goal, the creation of multifunctional and flexible urban spaces with vitality and social life (between the intersection of Jomhouri and Valiasr intersections) has been considered in this study. It is an inclusive and memorable place that serves the well-being of the physically disabled and other citizens. In this research, the research method is based on descriptive and qualitative studies, and in order to do it after documentary and library studies (content analysis), field visits through checklist techniques, field observation, photography and mapping, as well as search And the atmosphere takes place in the virtual world.
