Railroad tracks are subject to very high dynamic and cyclic loads, and sudden breakage, surrender, and fatigue are very common. Welding of railway tracks plays an essential role in the safety and performance of the railway line, and failure in them causes many problems in the repair, maintenance and inspection of the railway line, and also carries the risk of derailment. Therefore, in this dissertation, we try to study the fatigue behavior of the termite welding area in rails with four trains with speeds of 60, 80, 100 and 140 km / h with three times of 10, 20 and 30 tons and study the effects of fatigue in the weld as a finite element. To be. The movement of trains on the structure of the railway line causes dynamic loads and impact on the railway, stresses and deformations in different components of the rail and welding. Therefore, it is important to study the effects of the axial load on the rails. The resulting stress is due to two parameters of train speed and weight. The maximum stress occurred in the model with a load of 30 tons and a speed of 140, the fatigue life of which is 1200 working cycles, and the minimum stress occurred at a speed of 60 km per hour and a load of 10 tons, which had 41,000 fatigue life cycles.
