Various books, articles, and theories have been presented since the beginning of the quality of work life debate, which has been around since the early 1970s. Given the quality of most topics, it will be difficult to manage anything that is immeasurable and human-related. On the other hand, paying attention to the principles of human resources without considering its risks does not seem logical. What makes human resource risk one of the most important risks for organizations is not only its importance and complexity, but also its relationship with the success or failure of the organization. The purpose of this descriptive-survey study is to provide a method for measuring the quality of working life based on reducing the risk of human resources in financial institutions operating in the Iranian capital market. The statistical population of this research is financial institutions active in the capital market in Tehran. The statistical sample of the research of 128 employees in selected financial institutions in 6 financial institutions active in the capital market includes companies: "Investment, stock brokerage, investment consulting, financing, marketing fund, portfolio management". A questionnaire and semi-structured interviews were used to collect information and 38 experts were used in this study. This research has been done in two main stages. In the first stage, after identifying the factors affecting human resource risk and quality of working life in the capital market and reviewing the validity and reliability, the quality of working life model based on reducing human resource risk, prioritizing and determining critical risks was explained. The results of the first phase of the study indicate that the factors of "weakness in managers' perceptual skills, financial fraud, poor leadership, incorrect rules and policies, the existence of conflicts of interest in the organization and unregulated recruitment and employment" as critical risks. Human resources in financial institutions active in the Iranian capital market are determined as well as the factors of "providing opportunities for growth and continuous security, fair payment, safe and healthy work environment, social integration and cohesion, legalism, general living space and development of human capabilities." "As a model of quality of working life based on reducing the risk of human resources in financial institutions active in the Iranian capital market were determined. The results also showed that the index of social integration and cohesion has the highest coefficient of direction and impact with the risk of conflict of interest in the organization. In the second stage, the aim was to provide a method for measuring the model presented in the first stage of the research. At this stage, the data used in the research were divided into two categories of training and testing according to the scores of experts and then in order to improve and analyze the fuzzy inference system based on the adaptive network of fuzzy neural inference with a new integrated method consisting of two algorithms and optimization algorithms. The bee, under the title of improved locust optimization algorithm, used MATLAB software. The results of this step indicate that the proposed new method (improved locus algorithm) has a better performance than the conventional method (reduction gradient method) and the numbers obtained from the measurement can be used to plan future improvements.
