براي رسيدن به حقايق پيدا و پنهان جهان هستي و كشف راهكارهاي جديد براي پاسخگويي به مسائل روز و نيازهاي انسان بايد از طريق علوم‌تجربي و تحقيقات علمي و تجربي به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين راه به جواب مناسب استفاده كرد؛ لذا در راستاي اهداف توسعه كشور و سند چشم‌انداز 20 ساله، دانشگاه‌ها و مراكز پژوهشي به‌عنوان اصلي‌ترين پايه‌هاي تأثيرگذار در رسيدن به اين موضوع مطرح شده‌اند؛ بنابراين مسئولان زير ربط و سياست‌گذاران در جهت رسيدن به همين اهداف بايد علاوه بر اتخاذ تصميمات و شيوه‌هاي نوين مديريتي تمامي توان و حمايت خود را در جهت توسعه مراكز تحقيقاتي و رشد علم و فناوري بكار گيرند. موزه يك مؤسسه‌اي است كه همواره در اختيار عموم جامعه براي ضبط و نگهداري، تحقيق و توسعه، نمايش و كسب آموزش‌هاي جديد نمايش‌هاي دست آورد هاي آنان، با مدارك موجود و قابل رويت تلاش مي‌كند. موزه پارك علم و فناوري علاوه بر ويژگي‌هاي موزه‌هاي معمولي بايد فضايي جذاب براي آموزش و نمايش آنچه در پارك اتفاق مي اوفتد باشد. همچنين اين مركز شامل فضاهاي نمايشگاهي و گالري‌هاي بسيار باشكوه است كه عمدتاً ارتباطات مهم بين مؤسسات نوآور در زمينه تكنولوژي، همچون دانشگاه‌ها و مدارس را به‌عنوان پايه‌هاي اصلي علوم و فناوري تسهيل مي‌كند با توجه به شرايط اقليمي و شرايط مكاني بايد طراحي گردد كه ضمن داشتن جذابيت هاي ممكن از حداكثر انرژي هاي در دسترس استفاده كند و در ضمن كمترين ضربه را به فضاي زيست محيطي وارد كند. سازه منو كوك ضمن اينكه به ما اجازه مي‌دهد بهترين استفاده را از نور خورشيد و باد و... بكنيم درعين‌حال جذابيت‌هاي معماري خاص خود مانند جذب مخاطب و ايجاد تغيير در نما را نيز دارد كه مي‌توان به‌عنوان يكي از بهترين و كم‌هزينه‌ترين پاسخ‌ها ممكن در نظر گرفت.

In order to reach the revealed and hidden truths of the universe and discover new solutions to answer nowadays problems and human needs, one should use science, experimental and scientific research as the most important way to the appropriate answer; Therefore, in alliance with the country's development goals and the 20-year vision document, universities and research centers have been proposed as the main effective bases in achieving this issue; Therefore, in order to achieve these goals, the relevant officials and policy makers, in addition to making new management decisions and methods, should use all their power and support for the development of research centers and the growth of science and technology. The museum is an institution that always strives for the public to record and maintain, research and develop, display and obtain new teachings of their achievements, with available and visible evidence. The Science and Technology Park Museum, in addition to the features of ordinary museums, should be an attractive space for learning and displaying what is happening there. The center also includes magnificent exhibition spaces and galleries that mainly facilitate important connections between technology-intensive institutions, such as universities and schools, as the mainstays of science and technology. According to the climatic conditions and spatial conditions, it should be designed to use the maximum available energies while having the possible attractions and at the same time to inflict the least impact on the environmental space. Manukok structure, while allowing us to make the best use of sunlight, wind, etc., also has its own architectural charms such as attracting the audience and making changes in the facade, which can be considered as one of the best and least expensive answers possible.
