طراحي مدولار پل‌هاي عابر پياده با رويكرد پيش‌ساخته‌سازي

امروزه پل‌سازي به‌صورت دائم يا موقت از اركان مهم و تاثيرگذار در معماريست. طراحي سريع و كم هزينه پل‌هاي عابر پياده عاملي مهم است. فرآيند طراحي و اجراي هر پل باتوجه به دهانه‌هاي متفاوت، فرآيندي بسيار زما‌ن‌بر بوده و مسائلي را در پي خواهد داشت. اين مسائل عبارت‌اند از: افزايش هزينه در صورت طراحي مجزاي هر يك از پل‌ها، به وجود آمدن مشكلاتي از قبيل ساخت درجا و توقف مسير تردد خيابان تا زمان تكميل پل، از بين رفتن يكپارچگي بافت شهري از لحاظ بصري به‌دليل تفاوت در سليقه‌هاي طراحي هر يك از پل‌ها، مصرف بالاي انرژي، عدم امكان برچيدن بدون نياز به تخريب، بالا بودن هزينه اجرا، نياز به نيروي متخصص در اجراي پل‌ها و... . هدف از اين پژوهش طراحي ساختاري است كه بتواند اين مسائل را حتي‌المقدور پاسخگو باشد و آن‌ها را به‌خوبي پوشش دهد.يكي از بهترين راه‌حل‌ها جهت از بين بردن مشكلات ساخت درجا و هزينه‌هاي آن، پيش‌ساخته‌سازي مي‌باشد. براي دست يافتن به قابليت اجرا در موقعيت‌‌هاي متفاوت در عين وجود انعطاف در ابعاد، ارتفاع، چيدمان فضاها و ... طراحي مدولار مي‌تواند يك گزينه هدفمند و درست باشد. در اين پژوهش، ابتدا مطالعاتي در حوزه مفاهيم اصلي كار صورت گرفته، تا به بهترين گزينه در راستاي سازه كار رسيده شود. سپس بر اساس پارامتر‌هايي كه در رابطه با طراحي پيدا شد، چندين گزينه براي شيوه‌ طراحي ارائه شده و گزينه‌ها بر اساس همان پارامترها ارزيابي شده‌اند تا مناسب‌ترينِ آن‌ها انتخاب شود. سپس به طراحي جزئيات پرداخته شده و چند نمونه از پل‌ طراحي و ارائه گشته كه پاسخگوي مسائل و پارامترهاي عنوان‌شده باشد.

Modular design of pedestrian bridges with prefabrication approach

Today, bridge construction, permanently or temporarily, is one of the most important and influential sectors in architecture. Fast and inexpensive design of pedestrian stairs is an important factor. The process of designing and implementing each bridge due to different openings is a very time consuming process and will lead to problems. These issues are: increasing the cost if each bridge which is designed separately, problems such as in situ construction, loss of good visual effect of the cities due to differences in the design tastes of each bridges, high energy uses, high cost of construction, the need for specialized personnel in the construction of bridges, etc The purpose of this study is to design a structure that can respond to these issues as much as possible and cover them well. One of the best solutions to eliminate on-site construction problems and costs is prefabrication, is prefabrication. To achieve the ability to work in different situations while having flexibility in dimensions, height, arrangement of spaces, etc is modular design which can be a purposeful and correct option. In this research, first, studies have been conducted in the field of the main concepts of work, in order to reach the best option in terms of work structure. Then, based on the parameters found in relation to the design, several options for the design method were presented and the options were evaluated based on the same parameters to select the most appropriate one. Then, the details are designed and some examples of stairs are designed and presented that respond to the issues and parameters mentioned.
