در دنياي رقابتي امروز با افزايش روزافزون رقابت در ميان زنجيره‌هاي تامين از جمله زنجيره‌هاي تامين شير استريليزه، اهميت شناسايي عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي مزيت رقابتي افزايش يافته است. مزيت رقابتي براي يك زنجيره‌ تامين، با خلق و ارائه‌ي ارزش بهتر و بيشتر و همچنين ايجاد تمايز براي مشتري قابل دستيابي است. به همين منظور ضروريست با نگاهي جامع عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مزيت رقابتي در زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گيرد. هدف اين پژوهش، شناسايي عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه با تاكيد بر مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic و تحليل ميزان تاثير اين عوامل و روابط بين آنها بر مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه در ايران است. اگرچه تاكنون مطالعات زيادي در زمينه‌ي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين صورت گرفته است اما ميزان اثرگذاري بسته‌بندي Aseptic بر ديگر عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي مزيت رقابتي و بر مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه در كمتر مطالعه‌اي مشاهده شده است. در اين تحقيق ابتدا مطالعات پيشين مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و با مرور ادبيات و نظرات خبرگان، عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه با تاكيد بر مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic شناسايي شدند. با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاري يك چارچوب از عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه و روابط آنها با يكديگر ارائه شده است. عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي شناسايي‌شده شامل شفافيت، مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت، كيفيت شير استريليزه، مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic و پايداري مي‌باشند. سپس براي تجزيه و تحليل ميزان اثرگذاري عوامل تعيين‌كننده‌ي مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه از نرم‌افزار AMOS استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic با مزيت رقابتي ارتباط معناداري دارد و بر مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه بطور مستقيم اثر مي‌گذارد. همچنين مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic با كيفيت شير استريليزه و مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه رابطه‌ي مثبت و معناداري دارد. بعلاوه شفافيت زنجيره تامين و مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت با تاثير بر مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic و مختصات بسته‌بندي Aseptic با تاثير بر پايداري بر مزيت رقابتي زنجيره تامين شير استريليزه تاثير مي‌گذارند.

Determinants of competitive advantage of sterilized milk supply chain emphasizing on the role of packaging in Iran

In today's competitive world, with increasing competition among supply chains, including sterilized milk supply chains, the importance of identifying the determinants of competitive advantage has increased. Competitive advantage for a supply chain can be achieved by creating and delivering better and more value as well as differentiating to the customer. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the competitive advantage in the sterilized milk supply chain with a comprehensive look. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of competitive advantage of sterilized milk supply chain by emphasizing the characteristics of aseptic packaging and analyze the impact of these factors and the relationship between them on the competitive advantage of sterilized milk supply chain in Iran. Although many studies have been conducted on the factors affecting the competitive advantage of the supply chain, the effect of aseptic packaging on other determinants of the competitive advantage and on the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain has been observed in fewer studies. In this study, previous studies were reviewed and by reviewing the literature and opinions of experts, the determinants of competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain with emphasis on the characteristics of aseptic packaging were identified. Using structural equation modeling, a framework of determinants of the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain and their relationships with each other is presented. Identifying determinants include transparency, corporate social responsibility, quality of sterilized milk, aseptic packing characteristics, and sustainability. Then, AMOS software was used to analyze the effectiveness of the determinants of the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain. The results show that aseptic packaging has a significant relationship with the competitive advantage and directly affects the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain. Also, Aseptic packaging has a positive and significant relationship with the quality of sterilized milk and the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain. In addition, supply chain transparency and corporate social responsibility affect the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain by affecting the Aseptic packaging and the Aseptic packaging affect the competitive advantage of the sterilized milk supply chain by affecting the sustainability.
