اين پژوهش با هدف حفظ، نگهداري و حمل‌ونقل مطمئن آثار هنري دو بعدي انجام شده‌است چراكه اين آثار بخش مهمي از سرمايه هاي مادي، معنوي و فرهنگي به شمار مي‌روند و افزايش تعامل افراد جامعه با آثار هنري به لحاظ افزايش دانش و فرهنگ امري ضروري است، در نتيجه براي نيل به اين مقصود مي‌بايست راهكاري ارائه مي‌شد كه بتواند با حداكثر امنيت و اطمينان از آثار هنري محافظت نمايد. در اين پژوهش با رعايت دستورالعمل هاي ارائه شده از سوي سازمان‌هاي جهاني حفظ‌و‌نگهداري آثار هنري صورت گرفته‌است. به جهت كاربردي بودن موضوع پژوهش با استفاده از روش هاي توسعه‌اي و بهره گيري از روش‌هاي طراحي صنعتي مانند روش طراحي تجربي و ادغام آن با روش ديزاين كاربر محور نظير استفاده از ديزاين مشاركتي، كارگاه‌هاي ارزيابي با استفاده‌كنندگان، پرسشنامه و بررسي فرآيند ادراكي صورت پذيرفت و در هر يك از اين مراحل دستخوش تغيير شد تا سرانجام در طي آزمايشات و همراهي و همكاري با كاربران راه حل نهايي حاصل شد. توسعه‌ي راهكار حفظ‌و‌نگهداري و حمل‌ونقل مطمئن آثار هنري دو بعدي با تعيين جايگاه آن در بازار هدف و ماركتينگ از طريق شناسايي مشتريان، ارزش گذاري و راهكار تجربه‌ي كاربر انجام شده‌است. راهكار ارائه شده كه به صورت محصولي دو جزئي است متشكل از گيره‌ها براي محافظت از گوشه‌هاي آثار در برابر ضربه و ارتعاش است و جزء ديگر پوششي محافظ است كه آثار را در برابر عوامل محيطي نظير تغييرات رطوبت نسبي و دما حفظ مي‌كند. ابعاد معناشناسي راهكار حفظ و نگهداري آثار مسطح نظير مفهوم سمبوليك، زيبايي‌شناسي و عملكردي ارائه گرديده و لايه‌هاي مختلف توسعه ي محصول و آميخته‌ي بازار از ديدگاه فيليپ كاتلر بررسي شده‌است. سرانجام پس از جمع‌بندي نتايج بدست آمده، به برندينگ و ارائه ي محصول نهايي پرداخته شد و در نهايت قطعات مختلف محصول تعيين شده و روش هاي توليد آن شرح داده شده است.

A Solution Designed for Protection, Conservation and Transportation of the Two-Dimensional Artworks

This research has been done with the aim of preserving, storing and transporting reliable two-dimensional works of art, because these works are an important part of physical, spiritual and cultural assets, and increasing the interaction of people with works of art is necessary in terms of increasing knowledge and culture. As a result, in order to achieve this goal, a solution had to be provided that could protect the works of art with maximum security and safety. In this research, in accordance with the instructions provided by international organizations for the conservation and preservation of works of art has been done. Due to the applicability of the research topic using development methods and using industrial design methods such as experimental design method and its integration with user-centered design method such as the use of participatory design, user evaluation workshops, questionnaires and perceptual process review and In each of these steps, it was changed to finally reach the final solution during experiments and cooperation with users. The development of a safe storage and transportation solution for two-dimensional works of art has been done by determining its position in the target market and marketing through customer identification, valuation and user experience solution. The proposed solution, which is a two-component product, consists of clamps to protect the corners of the work from impact and vibration, and the other part is a protective coating that protects the work against environmental factors such as changes in relative humidity and temperature. The semantic aspects of the plan for preserving flat works such as symbolic, aesthetic and functional concepts are presented and different layers of product development and market integration are examined from the perspective of Philip Kotler. Finally, after summarizing the obtained results, the final product was branded and presented, and finally the different parts of the product were determined and its production methods were described.
