صنعت ساخت يكي از صنايع مهم در دنياست كه در تمام بخش هاي جوامع كاربرد دارد و سالانه هزينه هاي بسيار زيادي را به بخش دولتي و خصوصي تحميل مي كند. به همين منظور، انقلاب صنعتي چهارم شكل گرفت تا بتواند هزينه هاي فرايند توليد را كاهش داده و راندمان كار را افزايش دهد. صنعت ساخت نيز از جمله صنايع داراي اهميت نيز مترصد آن است تا با بهره مندي از مزاياي انقلاب صنعتي چهارم، بتواند بهره وري در اين صنعت را افزايش دهد. هدف از انجام تحقيق، امكان سنجي بكارگيري حوزه هاي انقلاب صنعتي چهارم در صنعت ساخت بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه‌هاي تهران در رشته مهندسي مديريت ساخت ورودي 98-99 ( به تعداد 300 نفر) تشكيل مي دادند كه تعداد نمونه مورد مطالعه، با محاسبه فرمول كوكران، 169 نفر تعيين شد. براي جمع آوري داده ها، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 49 سئوال كه طبق مقياس پنج درجه اي ليكرت تنظيم شده بود، استفاده شد. براي تحليل داده ها با كمك نرم افزارهاي (SPSS) و (SmartPLS) ، ابتدا به توصيف وضعيت شاخص هاي دموگرافيك پرداخته شد و در ادامه، فرضيه ها با آزمون پيرسون و آزمون t براي تعيين رابطه بين دو متغير، ضريب تعيين، رگرسيون چند متغيره براي بررسي رابطه بين متغير ملاك و متغيرهاي پيش بين استفاده شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد بين مولفه هاي اصلي دانش مديريت پروژه با يكديگر ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد و در ادامه، هركدام از حوزه هاي انقلاب صنعتي چهارم در بخش هاي مختلف مورد بررسي قرار گرفت كه بخشي از تاثيرگذارترين يافته ها عبارتند از: ارتباط معنا دار بين جمع آوري اطلاعات مبتني بر تكنولوژي با كمك سيستم هاي سنسور و اينترنت اشيا به تصميم گيري به موقع و مناسب ذينفعان، رابطه معنا دار بين استفاده از سيستم هاي اندازه گيري مبتني بر تكنولوژي مترهاي ليزري و... با ميزان دقت و سرعت اطلاعات استخراج شده، تاثيرگذاري تحليل ساخت پذيري پروژه دركاهش عدم قطعيت هزينه و زمان پروژه، تاثيرگذاري تعيين نقاط خطر با استفاده از مدل هاي واقعيت مجازي در پروژه قبل از فاز ساخت و پيشگيري از آنها. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مولفه هاي انقلاب صنعتي چهارم مي تواند در صنعت ساخت موثر بوده و به طبع آن مي تواند هزينه هاي صنعت ساخت را كاهش داده و به بهره وري صنعت ساخت كمك كند.

Feasibility study of using the areas of the fourth industrial revolution in the construction industry

The construction industry is one of the most important industries in the world, which is used in all sectors of society and imposes huge costs on the public and private sectors every year. To this end, the Fourth Industrial Revolution was formed in order to reduce the costs of the production process and increase labor efficiency. The manufacturing industry is also one of the important industries that intends to increase the productivity in this industry by enjoying the benefits of the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of the research was to evaluate the feasibility of using the areas of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the manufacturing industry. The statistical population of this study consisted of graduate students of Tehran universities in the field of civil engineering (300 people) that the number of samples studied, calculating the Cochran's formula, was 169 people. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire with 49 questions was used, which was adjusted according to the five-point Likert scale. To analyze the data using software (SPSS) and (SmartPLS), first the status of demographic indicators was described and then, hypotheses with Pearson test and t test to determine the relationship between the two variables, coefficient of determination, multivariate regression It was used to investigate the relationship between criterion variable and predictor variables. The research findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the main components of project management knowledge and then, each of the areas of the fourth industrial revolution was examined in different sections, some of the most effective findings are: meaningful relationship between Collection of technology-based information with the help of sensor systems and the Internet of Things to make timely and appropriate decisions of stakeholders, a meaningful relationship between the use of measurement systems based on laser meter technology, etc. with the accuracy and speed of information extracted Effectiveness of project Constructability analysis in reducing project cost and time uncertainty, Effectiveness of determining risk points using virtual reality models in the project before the construction phase and their prevention. The results showed that the components of the fourth industrial revolution can be effective in the Construction industry and in its nature can reduce the costs of the Construction industry and contribute to the productivity of the manufacturing industry.
