يكي از چالش هاي معماري مسكن معاصر، بي هويتي و نبود مبنايي دقيق و جامع براي طراحي است. ايرانيان از دو موهبت بزرگ براي دستيابي به الگوي جامع براي طراحي برخوردارند، يكي معماري ايراني و ديگري معماري اسلامي. معماري ايراني، منبعي غني از تجربيات ارزشمند پيشينيان اين سرزمين است. مسلما توجه به پاسخ گذشتگان به شرايط اقليمي و فرهنگي ايران و ايرانيان، به بهتر شدن پاسخ امروز به نيازهاي معماري ايرانيان كمك شاياني خواهد كرد. از ديگر سو، معماري اسلامي منبعي الهي و اطمينان بخش است كه به واسطه ي گسترش دين اسلام و توصيه هاي ارزشمند اين دين در متون قرآني و روايي به ملت مسلمان معاصر رسيده است. يقينا بهترين راه براي آگاهي از شرايط مطلوب فضاي زندگي، يافتن الگويي جامع براي مسكن سازي اسلامي درميان آيات قرآن و روايات معصومين مي باشد. اين پژوهش با هدف رسيدن به صفات الگوي مسكن ملي مذهبي ايرانيان مسلمان نگارش گرديده است. پژوهش حاضر با جست و جوي كليدواژه هاي اساسي مرتبط با اين حوزه، با روش مرور سيستماتيك، به جمع آوري منابع و درنهايت با بهره گيري از روش تحليل محتوا به استخراج مولفه هاي موثر در الگوي معماري مسكن ايراني اسلامي پرداخته است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد، از 40مورد مولفه ي به دست آمده، به ترتيب همسازي معماري با اقليم، درونگرايي، عرصه بندي فضايي و حفظ حريم، اهميت دادن به هويت، رعايت سلسله مراتب فضايي و بهادادن به هندسه و تناسبات، از شاخصه هاي اصلي مسكن ايراني اسلامي هستند.

The villa complex Designing with an Iranian-Islamic housing approach

One of the challenges of contemporary housing architecture is the lack of identity and the lack of a precise and comprehensive basis for design. Iranians have two great gifts to achieve a comprehensive model for design, one Iranian architecture and the other Islamic architecture. Iranian architecture is a rich source of valuable experiences of the ancestors of this land. Certainly, paying attention to the response of the past to the climatic and cultural conditions of Iran and Iranians will help to improve today's response to the architectural needs of Iranians. On the other hand, Islamic architecture is a divine and reassuring source that has reached the contemporary Muslim nation through the spread of Islam and its valuable advice in Quranic texts and narrations. Certainly the best way to be aware of the favorable living conditions is to find a comprehensive model for Islamic housing among the verses of the Qur'an and the narrations of the infallibles. This study has been written with the aim of achieving the characteristics of the national religious housing model of Muslim Iranians. The present study, by searching for keywords related to this field, by systematic review method, collected resources and finally by using content analysis method to extract effective components in the Iranian-Islamic housing architecture model. Findings show that out of 40 traits obtained, respectively, climatic architecture, introversion, spatial planning and privacy, giving importance to identity, observing spatial hierarchy and valuing geometry and proportions, are the main characteristics of Iranian housing. They are Islamic.
