در اين پايان نامه يك دستگاه پلاسما جت كوچك با ابعاد با توان 120 وات ساخته شده است و مشخصات پلاسما با استفاده از روش اپتيكي اندازه گيري و تعيين شده است. جزييات ساخت در پايان نامه ارائه توصيف شده است. مشخصات اپتيكي و طيف ناشي از پلاسما و ابعاد آن نيز مورد بررسي و اندازه¬گيري قرار گرفته است. نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي¬دهند كه با افزايش توان (ولتاژ ) منبع تغذيه، ابعاد پلاسما بزرگ مي¬شود و دماي پلاسما و چگالي الكترون¬ها نيز افزايش مي يابند.

Construction of a plasma jet device and determination of plasma specifications by optical method

In this dissertation, a small plasma jet device with dimensions of 120 watts has been made and the plasma specifications have been measured and determined using the optical method. Construction details are described in the dissertation presentation. The optical properties and spectrum of plasma and its dimensions have also been studied and measured. The results show that as the power supply (voltage) of the power supply increases, the dimensions of the plasma increase and the temperature of the plasma and the density of the electrons increase.
