امروزه حمايت از كسب‌وكارهاي خرد يكي از اولويت‌هاي اساسي در رشد و توسعه اقتصادي بسياري از كشورها به شمارمي رود. با توجه به اهميت اين بنگاه‌ها در كشور و وجود موانع كه درنهايت منجر به تضعيف عملكرد آن‌ها شده است، پرداختن به موضوع موانع فعاليت كسب‌وكارهاي خرد در ايران و ساير كشورهاي جهان ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد، لذا در اين پژوهش به بحث پيرامون بررسي موانع محيطي تأسيس و رشد كسب‌وكارهاي خرد شهر كاشان كه جامعه آماري 2000 و حجم نمونه 200 نفر از صاحبان اين كسب‌وكارهاي خرد، پرداخته مي‌شود. به همين منظور اين تحقيق با طراحي دو پرسش‌نامه كه پرسشنامه اول در جهت شناسايي موانع محيطي تأسيس و پرسش‌نامه دوم در جهت شناسايي موانع محيطي رشد طراحي شده‌اند و تجزيه تحليل داده‌هاي پرسشنامه‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزيه تحليل گرديده است. در پايان موانع اقتصادي، موانع حوزه تنظيم‌گري كسب‌وكار و موانع دولتي در مرحله تأسيس و موانع اقتصادي دولتي در مرحله رشد به‌عنوان موانع كسب‌وكارهاي خرد معرفي‌شده است. در مورد اولويت‌بندي اين موانع هم اين‌طور مي‌توان گفت كه در مرحله تأسيس بيشترين تأثير را موانع اقتصادي داشته‌اند و موانع تنظيم‌گري و دولتي در جايگاه‌هاي بعدي تأثيرگذار بوده‌اند، در مرحله رشد نيز تأثير موانع اقتصادي بسيار بالا بوده است و بعدازآن نيز موانع دولتي اثرگذار بوده‌اند.

Environmental barriers to the establishment and growth of small businesses in Kashan

Today, supporting small businesses is one of the key priorities in the economic growth and development of many countries. Given the importance of these companies in the country and the existence of barriers that have ultimately led to the weakening of their performance, it seems necessary to address the issue of barriers to small business in Iran and other countries, so in this study to discuss environmental barriers. And the growth of small businesses in Kashan, where the statistical population is 2000 and the sample size is 200 owners of these small businesses. For this purpose, this research has been designed by designing two questionnaires, the first of which was designed to identify environmental barriers and the second questionnaire to identify environmental barriers to growth and the data analysis of the questionnaires was analyzed by SPSS software. Finally, economic barriers, barriers to business regulation and government barriers at the establishment stage, and government economic barriers at the growth stage are introduced as barriers to micro-businesses. Regarding the prioritization of these barriers, it can be said that in the establishment phase, economic barriers had the greatest impact, and regulatory and government barriers in the next positions, in the growth phase, the impact of economic barriers was very high, and then government barriers were effective.
