چكيده
در اين پژوهش، مدل مسئله مسيريابي وسايل نقليه در مسافت طولاني با درنظر گرفتن الزمات راننده و فعاليتهاي نگهداري و تعميرات پيشگيرانه ارائه مي شود. هدف مطالعه حاضر انتخاب بهترين مسير، با درنظر گرفتن حداقل تاخيرات در تحويل تقاضاي مشتريان و زمانبندي حركت وسايل نقليه با تخصيص تعداد رانندگان به مسير و توجه به الزامات رانندگي و استراحتهاي رانندگان در مسافت طولاني و برآورده شدن محدوديت¬هاي عملياتي سيستم حمل ونقل مي باشد. با توجه به ماهيت NP-Hard بودن مسئله، براي حل مدل در ابعاد بزرگ از الگوريتم فراابتكاري تركيبي استفاده مي¬شود. الگوريتم پيشنهادي توسعه اي از الگوريتم جستجوي بزرگ همسايگي انطباقي ميباشد. كه با استفاده از الگوريتم شبيه سازي تبريد تقويت شده و مسيرهاي بهينه با لحاظ كردن محدوديت هاي الزامات رانندگي و با توجه به تخصيص يك يا دو راننده به مسير و همچنين درنظر گرفتن زمانهايي جهت فعاليتهاي نگهداري و تعميرات پيشگيرانه به منظور كاهش هزينههاي توزيع تعيين مي¬شوند

Nowadays, one of the most important issues in the world is the management and exact planning of long-distance distribution networks. The issue of vehicle routing problem in distribution networks has been raised in order to achieve an efficient delivery schedule. When it comes to long-distance distribution decisions, restrictions on driver fatigue can delay the estimated delivery time. In this regard, the simultaneous review of vehicle routing problems and drivers' scheduling decisions has been considered. In fact, it can be said that in the matter of vehicle routing, it is necessary to pay attention to the requirements and regulations of the government that have been formulated for drivers and the timing of the movement of trucks. In this research, the model of long-distance vehicle routing problem is presented by considering driver requirements and preventive maintenance activities. The aim of this study is to select the best route option, taking into account the minimum delays in the delivery of customer demand and vehicle movement schedule by allocating the number of drivers to the route and paying attention to driving requirements and long-distance drivers' rest and meeting the operational limitations of the transportation system. Due to the NP-Hard nature of the problem, the hybrid meta-heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model in large scale. The proposed development algorithm is an adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm that is reinforced using simulated annealing algorithm and optimized routes by considering the limitations of driving requirements and by allocating one or two drivers to the route as well as considering times. Determined for preventive maintenance activities to reduce distribution costs. The performance of the proposed hybrid heuristic algorithm has been compared and validated with the sample in the literature. The meta-heuristic algorithm is also implemented for a real case study.
