پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي روش هاي كوتاه كردن مدت فعاليت هاي پروژه و تأثير آن بر هزينه ها با روش پيمايش انجام شده است. روش هاي كوتاه كردن پروژه بر اساس مرور ادبيات و نظر خبرگان شناسايي و بررسي شده است. با توجه به تأثير مستقيم بهره وري بر زمان و هزينه پروژه ، تأثير روش هاي كوتاه كردن مدت فعاليت هاي پروژه بر اين عامل نيز بررسي شد . جامعه ي آماري اين پژوهش كليه ي شركت هاي پيمانكاري پايه يك شهر تهران بود كه از ميان آنها ، 72 شركت با سطح اطمينان نود درصد و سطح خطاي هشت درصد به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و پرسشنامه اي شامل پرسش هاي عمومي و پرسش هاي تخصصي شامل سوالات دو گزينه اي و طيف ليكرت پنج تايي ، تدوين و طرح شد. نتايج داده ها توسط آزمون تي تك نمونه اي مستقل مورد تحليل قرار گرفت . تحليل نتايج نشان داد كه به ترتيب، روش اجراي سريع ، استفاده از كارآمدترين و بامهارت ترين خدمه در پروژه ، افزايش نرخ سرپرست به كارگر و برنامه ريزي پروژه به صورت دقيق و جزئي به عنوان موثرترين روش ها بر كاهش مدت زمان پروژه شناسايي شدند. همچنين به ترتيب ، روش مديريت بهينه ي مصالح براي فعاليت هاي مهم و بحراني پروژه ، برنامه ريزي پروژه به صورت دقيق و جزئي ، روش اجراي سريع و روش مديريت مشاركتي به عنوان موثرترين روش ها بر هزينه ها شناسايي شدند كه تأثير مثبتي بر عامل هزينه دارند و به ترتيب روش هاي مديريت مشاركتي ، افزايش نرخ سرپرست به كارگر ، استفاده از كارآمدترين و بامهارت ترين خدمه در پروژه و روش اجراي سريع به عنوان موثرترين روش ها بر بهره وري نيروي كار شناسايي شدند.

Evaluation the methods of reducing the duration of project activities and its effect on costs based on statistics from contracting companies in Tehran

This study aimed to evaluate the methods of reducing the time of project and its effect on costs with the survey method. Methods of reducing the time of project have been identified and reviewed based on literature review and expert opinion .Due to the direct effect of productivity on project time and cost, the effect of project time reduction on this factor was also evaluated. The statistical population of this study was all basic contracting companies in a city of Tehran, from which 72 companies with a confidence level of 90% and an error level of 8% were selected as a sample and a questionnaire including general questions and specialized questions including Two options questions and a five-point Likert spectrum were developed and designed. The data were analyzed by independent sample t-test. Analysis of the results showed that fast-tracking method, staff project with most efficient crews, increasing the supervisor-to-worker ratio and detailed project planning were identified as the most effective methods to reduce project duration, respectively. Also, respectively, the optimal material management method for critical items, detailed project planning, fast-tracking method and participative management method were identified as the most effective methods on costs that have a positive effect on cost factor and Participative management method, increasing the supervisor-to-worker ratio , staff project with most efficient crews and fast-tracking method were identified as the most effective methods on labor productivity, respectively.
