رشد ارگانيك، رشد حاصل از نوآوري با استفاده از صلاحيت‌هاي اصلي و منابع موجود در سازمان مي‌باشد و اشتراك دانش بين سازمان‌ها مي‌تواند به‌عنوان يكي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر افزايش منابع اطلاعاتي سازمان‌ها ايفاي نقش كند. توجه ويژه محققان به شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط در كسب‌وكارها و لزوم هماهنگي با ديدگاه‌هاي نوظهور در اين حوزه، نياز به تحقيقات دقيق‌تر از ابعاد و شيوه‌هاي مديريت دانش و رشد كسب‌وكارها را نشان مي‌دهد. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي تأثير اشتراك دانش بين سازماني بر رشد ارگانيك كسب‌وكارها در قالب يك مدل ساختاري مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر ازنظر روش تحقيق كمي و از نظر هدف، كاربردي و برحسب گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را كسب‌وكارهاي مستقر در پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري شيراز و اصفهان تشكيل داده‌اند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌اي با طيف پنج سطحي ليكرت كه در طول تحقيق تدوين‌شده، جمع‌آوري و مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته اند. ابتدا با استفاده از تحليل عاملي شاخص‌هاي سنجش متغيرهاي تحقيق سنجيده شده اند و به دنبال آن با استفاده از آمار پارامتريك، فرضيات تحقيق در قالب مدل ساختاري تحليل شده اند. نتايج نشان‌دهنده وجود رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار بين اشتراك دانش بين سازماني و رشد ارگانيك كسب‌وكارها مي‌باشد و اشتراك دانش را در فضاي نوآوري تشويق مي‌كند و نشان مي دهد كه وجود مهارت هاي ارتباطي در افراد اشتراك دهنده دانش، استراتژي سازماني مناسب به عنوان هدايت كننده جريان اشتراك دانش و شبكه هاي مشترك بين سازماني همچون تسهيل كننده اين اشتراك دانش، مهمترين نقش را براي دستيباي به رشد از حاصل از اشتراك دانش بين سازماني خواهند داشت.

The effect of inter-organizational knowledge sharing on the organic growth of Technological businesses

Organic growth is the growth resulting from innovation using the main competencies and resources available in the organization and knowledge sharing between organizations can play a role as one of the factors influencing the increase of information resources of organizations. Researchers' special attention to small and medium-sized companies in business and the need to coordinate with emerging perspectives in this area, shows the need for more detailed research on the dimensions and methods of knowledge management and business growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of inter-organizational knowledge sharing on the organic growth of businesses in the form of a structural model. The present research is quantitative in terms of research method and applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research consists of businesses located in Shiraz and Isfahan science and technology parks. Data were collected and evaluated using a five-level Likert scale questionnaire developed during the research. First, using factor analysis, the indicators for measuring research variables were measured, and then, using parametric statistics, the research hypotheses were analyzed in the form of a structural model. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and organic business growth and encourage knowledge sharing in the innovation environment and show that the existence of communication skills in knowledge-sharing individuals, appropriate organizational strategy as a guide to the sharing process. Knowledge and inter-organizational networks, as facilitators of this knowledge sharing, will play the most important role in achieving the growth of inter-organizational knowledge sharing.
