A new perspective has shown us that converging or integrating two original and important approaches in organizational knowledge management, socialization and codificatin, as a result of the development and advancement of information technology, and also design and application of various systems, can provide a kind of coordination and speed in the process of doing things and especially the goals and results of each approach. Integrating method can provide useful and effective information especially for the managers of the organization for monitoring and review, as well as policy-making and micro and macro decision-making. Therefore, we tried to identify a set of factors affecting the convergence of these two approaches by reviewing the background of this field and then by surveying experts in this field and using their experiences and suggestions through the method, Multi-criteria decision making, while prioritizing the best and most efficient factors and tools be identified and introduced. The purpose of this prioritization is to knowledge management organizations to be able to identify barriers to convergence with this prioritization in mind, and to be able to identify and apply the most effective tools to integrate their knowledge management systems. The results showed that among the identified factors, "support and participation of senior managers" and "specific policies and expectations in knowledge management" are the most important and also in order to provide the appropriate infrastructure and use of available technologies, the rate of "diffiusion of information technology in the organization" and "the infusion of IT penetration in the business" were placed in the last ranks. Among the practical tools in the field of integrating, "knowledge sharing networks and systems" have the highest degree of importance and application, and "document management systems" after other systems, occupied the bottom of the list. Knowledge management organizations as well as organizations that are on the verge of implementing knowledge management, can identify the obstacles to integrating according to this prioritization and can also use the most effective tools to identify and apply their knowledge management systems. This thesis is aimed at prioritization of factors and tools in terms of convergence and integration of two approaches of socialization and codification in organizational knowledge management has been done from the perspective of experts in this field.
