با پيشرفت روزافزون تكنولوژي و عملكرد سازمان‌ها، بهبود شرايط محيط‌كار به‌گونه‌اي كه منجر به افزايش عملكرد نيروي انساني و بدون آسيب رسيدن و دربهترين حالات ممكن شود از اهداف مديران سازمان‌ها و صنايع گرديد.اين مطالعه توصيفي-تحليلي در كارخانه چيني بهداشتي آرميتاژ واقع در شهر ساوه صورت گرفت. براي تحليل داده‌هاي پژوهش از پرسشنامه فاكتورهاي ارگونومي و رضايت شغلي مينه سوتا استفاده گرديد، پس از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، اطلاعات از طريق نرم افزار SPSS-24 مورد به وسيله آزمون‌هاي آناليز واريانس يك راهه و ضريب همبستگي اسپرمن مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ارتباط فاكتورهاي ارگونومي و رضايت شغلي بود و جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان واحدهاي عملياتي كارخانه مذكور و به تعداد 80 نفر بود. با تفاسير فوق نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه بين رعايت فاكتورهاي ارگونومي و رضايت كاركنان همبستگي مثبت وجود دارد.

Investigating the relationship between observance of ergonomic principles and job satisfaction in Armitage porcelain and sanitary factory

With the increasing advancement of technology and performance of organizations, improving the working environment in a way that leads to increasing the performance of manpower and without harm and in the best possible cases became the goals of managers of organizations and industries. This descriptive-analytical study done. The ergonomic factors questionnaire and Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaire were used to analyze the research data. After collecting the data, they were analyzed by SPSS-24 software using one-way analysis of variance and Spearman correlation coefficient.The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between ergonomic factors and job satisfaction and the statistical population included the employees of the operational units of the factory and 80 people. With the above interpretations, the results showed that there is a positive correlation between ergonomic factors and employee satisfaction.
