درگذشته فضاهاي شهري به عنوان مجموعه¬اي بهم¬ پيوسته و منسجم، در محلات بافت¬هاي تاريخي همواره پاسخگوي نياز شهروندان بوده¬است، در محدوده تاريخي منطقه 3 اصفهان، كه بخش مهمي از استخوانبندي اصلي ميباشد، علي رغم دارابودن پتانسيل¬هاي فراوان، به نظر ميرسد كيفيت لازم را در ارائه فضاهاي شهري پاسخده نداشته و بسياري از فضاهاي شهري موجود در ساختار بافت تاريخي آن به¬صورتي ناآشنا باقي مانده و اغلب مورد غفلت واقع شده¬است. تداوم اين روند، فرسايش و ناكارآمدي هرچه بيشتر اين فضاها را در پي خواهد داشت. بدين ترتيب، شناخت مسائل و يافتن راه حل مناسب جهت رفع كاستي¬هاي اينگونه فضاها به گونه¬اي كه پاسخده نيازهاي شهروندان باشد را در سال¬هاي اخير ضروري ساخته است. بنابراين پايان¬نامه حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال اساسي است كه يك فضاي شهري پاسخده در محدوده بافت تاريخي به چه صورت و داراي چه ويژگي¬هايي ميباشد و در اين راستا، هدف اين پايان¬نامه بازطراحي فضاي شهري پاسخده و ارائه و استخراج معيارهاي تاثيرگذار بر آن در محدوده بافت تاريخي منطقه3 اصفهان است، و شناخت و تحليل فضاهاي شهري موجود در بافت و احياي نظام ساختاري متشكل از آنها هدف مياني پايان¬نامه مي¬باشد. روش مطالعه در اين پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي و از نظر هدف تحقيق كاربردي، از نظر زمان تحقيق: مقطعي و از نظر نوع داده¬ها شامل داده¬هاي كمي و كيفي است. براي جمع¬آوري داده ها در اين پژوهش از دو روش اسنادي و ميداني استفاده خواهد شد و براي تحليل داده¬ها از هر دو شيوه تجزيه و تحليل كمي و كيفي استفاده ميشود. همچنين پيشنهادات براي طراحي از طريق استفاده از خروجي چارچوب نظري و چارچوب طراحي ارائه شده در تحقيق و تبديل آنها به مداخلات فضايي و مدلسازي ميباشد. با توجه به موارد فوق، مطالعات اين پايان¬نامه در پنج فصل انجام ميشود كه فصل اول شامل كليات پژوهش، فصل دوم بررسي مباني نظري و متون مرتبط با موضوع و جمع¬بندي مطالب، فصل سوم تجارب جهاني و داخلي مرتبط با موضوع پايان¬نامه و تحليل آنها، فصل چهارم بررسي محدوده مطالعاتي و تجزيه و تحليل و فصل آخر ارائه طرح پيشنهادي شامل اهداف، راهبردها و سياست¬هاي متناظر با آن و ارائه طرح سه بعدي، ميباشد. همچنين در انتها سعي شده¬است كه به تمامي سوالات پاسخ داده شده و در راستاي آن اهداف تحقيق حاصل شود. در نهايت با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده نتايج حاكي از آن است كه در بافت تاريخي منطقه 3 اصفهان، فضاهاي شهري بسياري قرار دارد كه داراي پيشينه تاريخي بوده و داراي پتانسيل¬هاي بسياري براي تبديل آنها به مكان¬هاي پاسخده بوده و واجد ويژگي¬هايي همچون باز بودن، عمومي و نيمه عمومي بودن و مكاني جهت بروز تعاملات اجتماعي و برطرف كردن انواع نيازهاي كاربران ميباشند كه در اين پايان¬نامه از بين فضاهاي متعددي كه معرفي شده¬است، به بازطراحي تكيه حاج هادي با رويكرد پاسخده بودن به نياز شهروندان پرداخته شده و در اين راستا معيارهاي مورد نظر در شش بعد اجتماعي، ادراكي، عملكردي، كالبدي، فضايي و محيط¬زيستي ارائه شده و از طرفي در جهت تقويت نظام ساختاري متشكل از فضاهاي مذكور نيز اهداف، راهبرد و سياست¬هاي متناظر با آن پيشنهاد شده¬است. واژگان كليدي: فضاي شهري پاسخده، بافت تاريخي، نظام ساختاري

In the past, urban spaces as a continuous and coherent complex, in the neighborhoods of historical contexts have always met the needs of citizens, in the historical area of Isfahan Region 3, which is an important part of the main ossification, despite having great potential Does not seem to have the necessary quality in providing urban spaces and many urban spaces in the structure of its historical context have remained unfamiliar and often neglected. Continuation of this process, erosion and inefficiency will lead to more and more of these spaces. Thus, recognizing the problems and finding appropriate solutions to address the shortcomings of such spaces in a way that meets the needs of citizens has become necessary in recent years. Therefore, the present thesis seeks to answer the basic question of what a responsive urban space in the context of the historical context is and what its characteristics are, and in this regard, the purpose of this dissertation is to redesign the answered urban space and extract and present The criteria affecting it are in the historical context of Isfahan Region 3, and recognizing and analyzing the urban spaces in the context and reviving the structural system consisting of them is the middle goal of the dissertation. The study method in this research is descriptive-analytical and in terms of the purpose of applied research, in terms of research time: cross-sectional and in terms of data type includes quantitative and qualitative data. In order to collect data in this research, two documentary and field methods will be used and for data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods will be used. Also, suggestions for design through the use of the output of the theoretical framework and design framework presented in the research and their conversion into spatial interventions and modeling. According to the above, the studies of this thesis are done in five chapters, the first chapter includes the generalities of the research, the second chapter reviews the theoretical foundations and texts related to the topic and summarizes the contents, the third chapter global and domestic experiences related to the topic Letters and their analysis, the fourth chapter examines the scope of study and analysis, and the last chapter presents the proposed plan, including the goals, strategies and policies corresponding to it, and presents a three-dimensional plan. Also, in the end, an attempt has been made to answer all the questions and to achieve the goals of the research. Finally, according to the studies, the results indicate that in the historical context of Isfahan Region 3, there are many urban spaces that have a historical background and have a lot of potential to turn them into responsive places and have the characteristics of Areas such as openness, public and semi-publicity and a place for social interactions and meeting the needs of users are among the various spaces that have been introduced in this dissertation, to redesign Haj Hadi tekyeh with the approach of responding to the need Citizens are addressed and in this regard, the criteria are presented in six dimensions of social, perceptual, functional, physical, spatial and environmental, and on the other hand, in order to strengthen the structural system consisting of the mentioned spaces, the goals, related strategies and policies has been suggested.
