In the current global competition, various products should be available to the customer according to his request. In the current competitive market, economic and manufacturing companies seek to gain a competitive advantage in order to gain more market share. Paying attention to productivity at the supply chain level on the performance of companies, especially knowledge-based companies, is important. On the other hand, paying attention to human resources and the need to use new technological technologies, including blockchain, play an important role in creating productivity for competitiveness in these companies. A supply chain in supply chain management (SCM) is a network of individuals, organizations, businesses, resources, as well as technologies that are integrated into the production of a product or service. Proper implementation of supply chain management can have benefits such as the following: • Increase sales and revenue • Reduce fraud • Reduce overhead costs • Increase quality. In summary, the supply chain is faced with problems such as complex network connection, inventory management, distribution network regulation, distribution strategy, information flow, and financial transactions, and the use of blockchain benefits such as reducing or eliminating fraud and errors. Improve inventory management, reduce shipping costs, reduce paperwork delays, identifying issues faster, increase customer and partner trust, reduce transaction costs, decentralize, and increase security and flexibility of business operations. Therefore, identifying the key factors of success in implementing blockchain in supply chain management can be a key step in utilizing blockchain technology in the supply chain of goods and services. Blockchain technology has entered into various business topics. One of these areas is the applying of this technology to human resource processes in organizations. The use of this technology causes many processes in the field of human resources to undergo changes and has a significant impact on improving the performance of human resources and ultimately increase productivity in organizations. The main purpose of this study was to provide solutions to improve productivity in the supply chain with the approach of blockchain technology and focus on human resources. Dimensions were taken into account. Based on the prepared questionnaire, its validity and reliability were confirmed and by distributing it among the statistical sample including 207 managers, experts and experts of knowledge-based companies in the field of transportation, the data were analyzed in an accessible manner. Using structural equation modeling method and Amos software, data analysis was performed and the results showed that the effect of blockchain technology approach and focus on human resources on improving supply chain productivity was confirmed. According to that, the blockchain technology approach to the chain with 0.72 had the greatest impact on improving the productivity of the supply chain of knowledge-based companies in the field of transportation. Finally, practical suggestions were presented in order to provide optimal solutions based on the obtained results.
