با توسعه فناوري و تغيير عصرها، شهرها و روستاها با چالش هاي فراواني روبه رو شدند. چالش مربوط به تغيير عصر و سبك زندگي مربوط به گذار از عصر اطلاعات به عصر دنياي مجازي مي باشد، گذاري كه همانند ساير امور زندگي سبب ايجاد تغييراتي خواهد شد. همين امر زمينه ساز شكاف بيشتر بين شهر و روستا را موجب شده است. در اين پروژه از مدل مفهومي جهت انتقال از شرايط امروزي به دنياي فراتر و مجازي با دو رويكرد اصلي شهر هوشمند و پايداري، كه ويژگي هايي شامل: مديريت، انرژي، ساختمان، فناوري، اجتماع، اقتصاد و ... را دارا مي باشند، انجام شده است. در نهايت اين رويكردها منجربه ارائه مدل شهر هوشمند پايدار شده است. سپس با استفاده از مدل مكاني منتخب، مدل مفهومي و مؤلفه هاي آن شكل گرفته اند. عصر مجازي در اين پژوهش به عنوان ابر كيفيت در نظر گرفته شده و مدل مكاني هوشمند پايدار به عنوان زير مجموعه آن واقع شده است. در آخر با استفاده از مدل مفهومي و ابركيفيت به كيفيت هاي مجازي-حقيقي بالقوه دست يافته است. اين پژوهش با استفاده از شيوه تلفيقي، آميزش رويكرد كمي و كيفي به گردآوري داده ها و تحليل پرداخته است. و به كمك مدل مفهومي، يك آبادي با مفهوم شهر هوشمند در راستاي پايداري را مورد بررسي قرار داده شده است. در گذشته اين روستا واجد قابليت سنتي بوده، اما با جريان شهرنشيني، كشاورزي، باغداري و دامداري گسترده خود را از دست داده است. چنانچه با توجه به نگاه مدرنيته در دنيايي از فناوري هاي مدرن براي كشاورزي، دامداري و... در ابعاد مختلف استفاده شود، موجب جذب جمعيت و گردشگر به روستا خواهد شد. بنا براين، مي توان از فناوري هاي روز دنيا در جهت كاهش محروميت هاي روستايي و تبديل روستا به فضايي كه امكانات شهر را دارا است بهره گرفت. اين نوشتار بر آن است، تا با توجه به عصر مجازي و ابعاد مكان به تبيين رويكرد پايداري و هوشمندي و تأثيرات متقابل آن ها برهم بپردازد. در نهايت با بيان مشكلات آبادي شاهكوه، در پي راه حل براي چشم انداز پيش روي آن باشد.

Village design based on environmental sustainability with smart city approach, case study: Shahkooh village, Gorgan

With the development of technology and the change of ages, cities and villages faced many challenges. The challenge of changing the age and lifestyle is related to the transition from the information age to the age of the virtual world, a transition that, like other things in life, will bring about change. This has led to a greater gap between the city and the countryside. This project, from a conceptual model to transfer from today's conditions to the beyond and virtual world with two main approaches of smart city and sustainability, has features including management, energy, building, technology, community, economy, etc. Be done. Ultimately, these approaches have led to the introduction of a sustainable smart city model. Then, using the selected spatial model, the conceptual model and its components are formed. The virtual age in this research is considered a super quality and the sustainable smart spatial model is located as a subset of it. Finally, by using the conceptual model and super quality, potential virtual-real qualities have been achieved. This research has been used for data collection and analysis using an integrated method, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. And with the help of a conceptual model, a settlement with the concept of the smart city in the direction of sustainability has been studied. In the past, this village had traditional capabilities, but with the flow of urbanization, agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry have been lost. If according to the view of modernity in a world, modern technologies are used for agriculture, animal husbandry, etc. in different dimensions, it will attract the population and tourists to the village. Therefore, the latest technologies in the world can be used to reduce rural deprivation and turn the village into a space that has the facilities of the city. This article intends to explain the approach of sustainability and intelligence and their interactions with respect to the virtual age and the dimensions of space. Finally, by expressing the problems of the Shahkooh settlement, seek a solution for the perspective in front of it.
