صنعت لوازم خانگي تا چند سال قبل در سايه برند‌هاي جهاني بوده و هيچگاه نتوانسته است قابليت¬هاي فناوري و طراحي خود را به مرحله اجرا بگذارد. به همين نسبت به دلايل مختلف از جمله كيفيت قادر به رقابت در عرصه بين¬المللي نبوده و قدرت رقابت صادراتي را هم نداشته است. بنابر اين، ارائه طريقي براي ارتقاي سطح كيفيت و فناوري صنعت لوازم خانگي بنحو پايدار بطوريكه بتواند با برندهاي مشابه خارجي رقابت كند و امكان صادرات را داشته نيز فراهم نمايد يكي از مهمترين اهداف اين پژوهش است. صنعت لوازم خانگي به‌عنوان دومين صنعت بزرگ در اقتصاد كشور از پتانسيل خوبي براي ايجاد اشتغال، انتقال فناوري و تكنولوژي است و بومي‌سازي آن مي‌تواند نقش مهمي در توسعه صادرات غير نفتي داشته باشد و همچنين در وضعيت اقتصادي كشور تاثير بسزايي بگذارد. براي بقا در صنعت لوازم خانگي به لحاظ كيفي و تكنولوژيك بايد موارد ذيل را در نظر گرفت : 1. ايجاد زيرساخت مناسب ماشين آلات روز دنيا به نحوي كه بتوان محصولات خارجي را از آن بدست آورد. 2. توجه اكيد به تحقيق و توسعه و نوآوري در محصولات لوازم خانگي به نحوي كه سليقه و كيفيت مردم را مورد توجه قرار دهد. 3. توجه لازم و كافي به نيروي انساني متخصص كه در حال حاضر يكي از مشكلات جدي اين صنعت و كلي كشور است.حتي گرفتن مشاوران خارجي براي آموزش 4. توجه ويژه به بازاريابي و توسعه فروش و با توجه به بندهاي 1 و 2 ايجاد امكان صادرات 5. توجه خاص به شبكه خدمات پس از فروش . صداي مشتريان 6. توجه ويژه به تامين منابع مالي كه امروزه روش هاي نويني پيدا كرده است . 7. و در نهايت اينكه در سال هاي آينده فقط شركت هايي كه با استانداردهاي فوق حركت كنند امكان بقاء خواهند داشت كه در حاضر بيش از 3 شركت شرايط فوق را ندارند . و البته كه ايران نيز به لحاظ اجبار به جهاني شدن مشابه كشورهايي مثل تركيه،كره جنوبي و ايتاليا خواهد شد . 8. و همچنين توجه به اولويت هاي سرمايه گذاري در صنعت لوازم خانگي كه اينجانب در مقاله آورده بودم ميتواند نقش موثري در تحقق اهداف بالا داشته باشد .

Qualitative and technological landscape of home appliance industry in Iran in 1408

The household appliance industry has been in the shadow of global brands for a few years and has never been able to implement its technological and design capabilities. In this regard, due to various reasons, including quality, it has not been able to compete in the international arena, and it has not had the strength to compete in exports. Therefore, providing a way to improve the level of quality and technology of the home appliance industry in a sustainable manner so that it can compete with similar foreign brands and provide the possibility of export is one of the most important goals of this research. As the second largest industry in the country's economy, the home appliances industry has a good potential to create employment, technology and technology transfer, and its localization can play an important role in the development of non-oil exports and also have a significant impact on the country's economic situation. 1. Creating a proper infrastructure of modern machines in a way that foreign products can be obtained from it. 2. Strict attention to research and development and innovation in home appliance products in a way that pays attention to people's taste and quality. 3. Necessary and sufficient attention to specialized human resources, which is currently one of the serious problems of this industry and the country as a whole. Even hiring foreign consultants for training. 4. Paying special attention to marketing and sales development and according to paragraphs 1 and 2, creating the possibility of exporting 5. Special attention to the after-sales service network. The voice of customers 6. Paying special attention to the provision of financial resources, which has found new methods today. 7. And finally, in the coming years, only the companies that move with the above standards will be able to survive, and currently more than 3 companies do not meet the above conditions. 8. Also, paying attention to the investment priorities in the home appliance industry that I had mentioned in the article can play an effective role in achieving the above goals.
