روش ساخت صنعتي، راهكاري براي پاسخگويي به افزايش جمعيت، نياز به توليد بيشتر كاربري‌هايي مانند مسكن، كيفيت ساخت مناسب در عين توجه به بعد زمان و اقتصاد است. روش‌هاي ساخت صنعتي در دنيا طرفداران بسيار دارد، در ايران نيز موردتوجه قرار گرفت. بااين‌حال براي ساخت مجتمع‌هاي مسكوني انبوه از رويكرد صنعتي سازه استفاده نشد و اين عامل يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل شكست پروژه‌هايي مانند مسكن مهر در ايران (در مقابل پروژه‌هاي مشابه در چين و پكن) بوده است. روش ساخت جعبه‌اي يكي از پرطرفدارترين روش‌هاي ساخت صنعتي در دنياست كه از كنار هم قرار گرفتن مدولهاي مختلف به وجود آمده است. نمونه موردي‌ها نشان از كاركرد مناسب اين روش ساخت در ابعاد مختلف دارد. اين پژوهش با روش پايه تفسيري بروش كيفي و روش تكميلي نمونه موردي به بررسي اين روش ساخت در مجتمع‌هاي مسكوني بلندمرتبه پرداخته و باهدف طراحي يك نمونه در شهر تهران ادامه يافته است. سوالات اين پژوهش مرتبط با بحث و بررسي مزايا و معايب استفاده از روش ساخت جعبه‌اي در طراحي مجتمع‌هاي بلندمرتبه مسكوني و همچنين ابعاد تاثيرگذاري استفاده از اين سيستم ساخت است. همچنين تفاوت كلي اين روش ساخت در كاربري‌هاي ديگر جز مسكوني و در شهرهاي ديگر نيز موردبررسي قرارگرفته است. درنهايت اين پژوهش به تفسير جامعي از مزايا و معايب اين روش ساخت در طراحي مجتمع‌هاي مسكوني بلندمرتبه ايران ارائه نموده و پيشنهاد‌هايي در راستاي نحوه استفاده از صنعتي سازي در كاربري‌هاي با خصوصيات مشابه و شهرهاي ديگر بيان نموده است.

Design a high-rise residential Building complex using new construction system (box system)

Industrial construction method is a solution to respond to population growth, the need to produce more uses such as housing, proper construction quality while paying attention to time and economy. Industrial manufacturing methods have many fans in the world, it was also considered in Iran. However, the industrial approach was not used to build mass residential complexes, and this has been one of the most important factors in the failure of projects such as Mehr Housing in Iran (as opposed to similar projects in China and Beijing). Box manufacturing method is one of the most popular industrial manufacturing methods in the world, which is created by combining different modules. Case examples show the proper functioning of this construction method in various dimensions. This research has investigated this construction method in high-rise residential complexes with the basic interpretive method of qualitative method and the supplementary method of case study and has continued with the aim of designing a sample in Tehran. The main questions of this research are related to discussing the advantages and disadvantages of using the box construction method in the design of high-rise residential complexes, as well as the effective dimensions of using this construction system. Also, the general differences of this construction method in applications other than residential and in other cities have been studied. Finally, this study provides a comprehensive interpretation of the advantages and disadvantages of this construction method in the design of high-rise residential complexes in Iran and offers suggestions on how to use industrial construction in land uses with similar characteristics and other cities.
