People in organizations face numerous and diverse issues. Current organizations have created dysfunctions for people, the most important of which is alienation. Humans in organizations do not solve their own problems and therefore become alienated from themselves. So far, several theories have been presented to deal with organizational dysfunctions; This research aims to analyze organizational issues by using the metaphor of symbiotic problem solving technology and to present a theory for the improvement of current organizations; Issues and solutions that boil from within the employees and are shared with the organization. This research has aimed to answer the question that such an organization should have what characteristics and specifications for such an event to occur. Based on this, in the first stage, the research method of this thesis is based on the library method, that is, the study of documents and information related to this topic. Then, in the second step, we coded the articles in this field. In the third step, we analyzed the research data using thematic analysis method.
In the findings part, by reviewing the research literature, 28 overarching themes, 139 organizing themes, and 455 basic themes were identified and extracted. Examples of solutions obtained include (increasing work group morale and problem solving in employees), (creating a positive atmosphere and mental health in organization and strengthening the sense of growth and human dignity), (developing individual insight and creating a culture of self-control in the organization), (creating a platform for creating social justice, fairness, trust), (creating a platform for creating a spirit of self-awareness and self-management of employees and strengthening health (administrative in the organization), (expansion of work group spirit and collaborative decision-making), (expansion of ethical management style and supporting the culture of group decision-making and collaborative problem solving), (designing meritocracy, the manager's disinclination to dominate), (increasing opinion seeking and creating The feeling of trust and effectiveness in the organization is helping the employees for internal control based on piety and increasing the spirit of service and philanthropy (creating a non-material attitude towards position and position, justice, honesty in speech and action).
