One of the reasons for the short life of heavy tires is wear, which can be caused by various things in the tire. Tires of heavy vehicles are more affected by wear than passenger cars due to various reasons such as operating on rocky ground, high weight, heavy loads imported from the vehicle, and as a result, they have a shorter life, although in recent research studies in the field Wear has been done due to several things, but in order to investigate the factors affecting tire wear according to their specific working conditions, each car must be studied in a special way. A Reach Stacker is a vehicle used to handle a wide range of heavy lifting applications, from loading and transporting cargo containers in small terminals or medium ports to moving wind turbine components. The tires of these cars have important conditions in terms of force due to the transfer of heavy loads in different working conditions, and because of these dynamics and forces, the tires have a shorter lifespan than similar cars in the same conditions. Different types of cars in terms of effective force such as container load of 10, 15 and 25 tons, car speed of 5, 10 and 15 km/h and the turning radius of the car movement path 40, 80 and 100 meters and car friction coefficient of 0.4, 0.5 and 6. 0 has been paid. The conditions in which the car is working, such as the coefficient of friction in different parts, and the properties related to the tire, such as the Poisson coefficient of the tire material, have been investigated. Based on these results, with a 100% increase in the turning radius and a 35% decrease in speed, 25% container load, 20% friction coefficient, 25% Poisson coefficient and 42% tire tread density, the amount of 10%, 11%, 21%, 26%, 7% And 13% of the amount of wear is reduced. According to the obtained results, the amount of wear is more affected by the friction coefficient of 26%, which can be considered in the design of this car's tires and its working surface. After this, the amount of wear in terms of dynamics in the working environment of the car is more influenced by the load of the container, which reduces the wear by 21% when the load of the container is reduced by 25%. The obtained results clearly show that under what conditions the tire will not have a favorable condition in terms of strength. These adverse forces and high fluctuations during long working time will cause car and tire destruction, in this thesis, suggestions will be presented to prevent this from happening. At the end of this study, the standard values for the working conditions of this car are presented, based on these results, the amount of wear decreases by increasing the turning radius and decreasing the speed, container load, friction coefficient and Poisson coefficient. According to the obtained results, the amount of wear is more influenced by the load of the container. All these studies have been done considering the working conditions of Chabahar port in Sistan and Baluchistan province, which is one of the ports for loading and transporting goods. At the end of this thesis, the tire life estimation formula, which is the estimated relationship for calculating the life, is presented, which is calculated for each car based on the wear rate. Based on this formula, the life of the tire is calculated by changing the existing parameters, and by examining these changes, suitable working conditions have been introduced to increase the life of the tires.
