با توجه به مفهوم تحليل ژانر و حركت در زبان انگليسي براي مقاصد خاص (ESP) همراه با مروري بر چارچوب نظريه سولز، اين مطالعه به منظور بررسي ساختار حركت بلاغي آگهي‌هاي استخدامي در خصوص استخدام معلمان زبان براي آموزش زبان انگليسي انجام شد. در موسسات زبان در تهران، ايران. از آنجايي كه تحقيقات كمي در مورد آگهي‌هاي شغلي در مؤسسه‌ها انجام شده است، يكي از ويژگي‌هاي كليدي اين مطالعه بررسي تحليل حركت تعدادي از آگهي‌هاي نمونه براي يافتن اينكه آيا يك الگوي يكپارچه قابل تشخيص است يا خير بود. همچنين با توجه به تحليل اكتشافي تبليغات فارسي و همچنين ساختار و محتواي تحت تأثير فهرست حركات باتيا، مقايسه اي بين مؤسسات زبان انگليسي انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه در فركانس حركت‌هايي كه هر تبليغ را تشكيل مي‌دهند تفاوت‌هايي وجود دارد. علاوه بر اين، دلايل زيادي براي تفاوت در آگهي ها وجود دارد، از جمله سياست موسساتي كه باعث شده آگهي ها از يك الگوي واحد براي جذب معلم زبان پيروي نكنند. يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه به استخدام‌كنندگان كمك مي‌كند تا نيازهاي جويندگان كار نسبت به آگهي‌ها و ميزان انعكاس سياست‌هاي مؤسسات در آگهي‌هاي شغلي را درك كنند

The Structure of Job Advertisement for English Language Teachers Based on Move Analysis

Given the concept of genre and move analysis in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) along with the overview of the Swales’ theory framework, this study was carried out to investigate the rhetorical move structure of job advertisements regarding the recruitment of language teachers for teaching English at language institutes in Tehran, Iran. Since little research has been conducted on job advertisements in institute settings, a key feature of this study was to examine the move analysis of a number of sample adverts to find out whether an integrated pattern could be detected. Moreover, given the exploratory analysis of the Persian adverts as well as the structure and content influenced by Bhatia's list of moves, a comparison among English Language Institutes was conducted. The results indicated that there were differences in frequency of moves that make up each ad. Besides, there are many reasons for the differences in the ads, including the policy of the institutions that have caused the ads to not follow a single pattern to recruit language teachers. The findings of this study would help recruiters understand the needs of job seekers toward the adverts and to what extent the policies of institutions are reflected in the job adverts
