بنزوكسازين¬ها مواد اوليه مناسب وحدواسط¬هاي پركاربرد در سنتز مشتقات هتروسيكل و مولكول¬هاي فعال بيولوژيكي هستند. يكي از اين تركيبات با خواص بيولوژيكي سفالاندولA هست كه تاكنون روش¬هاي مختلفي براي سنتز آن گزارش شده است. در كار پژوهشي حاضر ابتدا بنزوكسازين دي اون با بهره¬ي بالا با استفاده از 2-آمينوفنول در حضور اگزاليل كلرايد سنتز شد. در ادامه با انجام واكنش ويلسمير-هك واكنش كلردارشدن كربونيل گروه آميدي انجام گرفت. سپس واكنش SNAr اين تركيب با ايندول تحت امواج ماكروويو مورد بررسي قرارگرفت و محصول سفالاندولA در بازده %85 حاصل شد

Synthesis of Cephalandole alkaloid

Benzoxazines are considered as suitable starting materials and widely used intermediates in the synthesis of heterocycle derivatives and biologically active molecules. One of these compounds with biological properties is cephalandole A, for which various methods have been reported for its synthesis. In the present research work, at first,benzoxazine dione was synthesized using 2-aminophenol in the presence of oxalyl chloride with a high yield. Next, the chlorination reaction of the amide group was carried out by performing the Vilsmeier-Haack reaction. Then, the SNAr reaction of this compound with indole was investigated under microwave irradiation and cephalandole A product was obtained in 85% yield
