مناظر شهري در بافت تاريخي از جمله مناظر با ارزشي هستند كه امروزه شاهد مخدوش شدن كيفيت هاي اين گونه مناظر مي باشيم. وجود نابسماني ها و اغتشاش هاي فراوان در منظرشهرهاي ايران بويژه منظر بافت هاي تاريخي، موجب از بين رفتن خوانايي، كاهش كيفيت بصري و كالبدي، بي علاقگي، نارضايتي و پايين آمدن سطح احساس تعلق به مكان و پيامدهاي منفي از اين دست را در پي دارد. تأثير اين آشفتگي ها بر روح و روان شهروندان و درنتيجه تأثير آن بر عملكرد نامطلوب شهرها موجب گسست پيوند معنايي و رابطه شناختي و ادراكي بين شهر و ساكنان آن شده است. در راستاي پاسخگويي به اين مسائل راهنماي طراحي منظرفضاهاي شهري در بافت تاريخي مي تواند به عنوان يكي از راهبردهاي موثر به كار گرفته شود. هدف از تحقيق موضوع، بررسي و جمع بندي نظرات مختلف در حوزه منظرشهري براي دستيابي به دستوركار مناسب؛ تعيين نحوه ميزان و سطح مداخلات منظرشهري در بافت تاريخي تبيين جايگاه منظر شهري در بافت تاريخي؛ تعيين اصول و معيار هاي منظرشهري تاريخي به منظور ارتقاء كيفيت منظر بافت تاريخي شهر سمنان و دستيابي به سياست هاي طراحي و مديريتي منظر شهر در بافت تاريخي بوده است. اين پژوهش از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي- توسعه اي است، علاوه بر رويكرد تاريخي، رويكرد تحليلي را نيز به عنوان تكميل كننده موضوع به همراه دارد. لذا تمركز بر روي تحليل متن ها، بازسازي معني آن و رابطه بين متن و شكل بوده و بيشتر به تحليل آرا و انديشه ها و شفاف سازي مفاهيم پرداخته شده است. مباحث مطرح شده در اين رساله حول اين موضوع متمركز گشته اند كه "كدام يك از الگوه هاي منظرشهري مناسب تر براي بافت شهري به ويژه بافت تاريخي مي باشد؟ و همچنين براي ارائه راهنماي طراحي منظر شهري مطلوب براي بافت تاريخي سمنان چه اصول، معيار و شاخص ها مي بايست مورد توجه قرار گيرند؟ آنچه در ميان ديدگاه ها مشاهده مي شود پراكندگي موضوعات در طول دوره هاي مختلف در مباحث طراحي شهري و منظر است. به منظور انجام اين پژوهش بافت تاريخي شهر سمنان به دليل نابسمان بودن وضعيت منظرشهري و برخوردار بودن از بستر مناسب جهت ارتقاء نظام بصري به عنوان نمونه موردي انتخاب گرديد. در اين راستا بافت تاريخي در دو مرحله عام و خاص بررسي شد. داده هاي تحقيق از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي، مشاهده و برداشت ميداني و پرسشنامه (براي مديران شهري و متخصصين حوزه طراحي شهري و منظر شهري)جمع آوري شده اند. . با تكنيك سوات، تكنيك ديدهاي پي در پي ، تكنيك پهنه ديد و چك ليست منظر تحليل شده است. و در نهايت محدوده اي از بافت تاريخي به عنوان محدوده طراحي انتخاب گرديد و طرح پيشنهادي در 4 فضاي اين بافت ارائه شد.

Guide to landscape design of urban spaces in historical context (Study sample: historical context of Semnan city)

Urban landscapes in the historical context are among the valuable landscapes that today we see the quality of such landscapes being distorted. The presence of many disturbances and disturbances in the landscape of Iranian cities, especially the landscape of historical textures, causes the loss of legibility, the reduction of visual and physical quality, apathy, dissatisfaction, and the lowering of the sense of belonging to the place and negative consequences of this kind. . The effect of these disturbances on the spirit and psyche of the citizens and as a result its effect on the undesirable performance of the cities has caused a break in the semantic link and the cognitive and perceptual relationship between the city and its residents. In order to respond to these issues, the urban landscape design guide in the historical context can be used as one of the effective strategies. The purpose of researching the topic is to review and summarize different opinions in the field of urban landscape to achieve a suitable agenda; Determining the amount and level of urban landscape interventions in the historical context, explaining the place of the urban landscape in the historical context; Determining the principles and standards of the historical urban landscape was aimed at improving the quality of the landscape of the historical context of Semnan city and achieving the design and management policies of the city landscape in the historical context. This research is a type of applied-developmental research, in addition to the historical approach, it also includes an analytical approach as a complement to the subject. Therefore, the focus is on the analysis of the texts, the reconstruction of its meaning and the relationship between the text and the form, and more attention has been paid to the analysis of opinions and thoughts and the clarification of concepts. The topics raised in this treatise are centered around the issue of "Which of the urban landscape models is more suitable for the urban context, especially the historical context?" And also, what are the principles, criteria and criteria for providing a guide to the urban landscape design for the historical context of Semnan? What indicators should be taken into consideration? What can be seen among the views is the dispersion of topics during different periods in the topics of urban and landscape design. In order to carry out this research, the historical context of the city of Semnan was chosen as a case study due to the uneven state of the urban landscape and the fact that it has a suitable platform for the improvement of the visual system. In this regard, the historical context was investigated in two general and specific stages. Research data have been collected through library and documentary studies, field observations and questionnaires (for urban managers and experts in the field of urban design and urban landscape). . It has been analyzed with SWAT technique, successive views technique, field of view technique and landscape checklist. And finally, a range of historical context was selected as the design area and the proposed design was presented in 4 spaces of this context.
