بررسي علل و عوامل مؤثر در موفقيت يا شكست پروژه‌ها از موضوعات مهم و چالش‌برانگيز ميان مديران پروژه‌ها و به خصوص در سازمان‌هاي پروژه‌محور مي‌باشد زيرا شكست يك پروژه گاهي مي‌تواند به قيمت تعطيلي كامل يك كسب و كار تمام شود. در كشورمان ايران با داشتن تعداد بسيار زياد دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاهي و عدم تناسب آن با ظرفيت مشاغل توليديِ مرتبط، شاهد رشد فزاينده‌ي شركت‌هايي هستيم كه حوزه فناوري اطلاعات را به عنوان محور كسب و كار خود قرار داده‌اند. اين شركت‌ها عمدتاً به صورت استارت‌آپ و با سرمايه‌هاي ابتدايي اندك شكل مي‌گيرند. اين در حاليست كه با توجه به شرايط خاص اقتصادي در كشورمان، مشاهده شكست پروژه‌ها و تعطيلي كسب و كارها به عادتي تلخ بدل شده. با اين حال موضوعي كه مي‌تواند از بسياري از مشكلات در طول چرخه حيات پروژه‌ها جلوگيري كند و اتفاقا اغلب مورد غفلت واقع مي‌شود، مديريت اطلاعات پروژه‌ها و ثبت و ذخيره‌ي ساختارمند داده‌هاي هر پروژه به منظور استفاده از آن‌ها در فرايندها و پروژه‌هاي آتي است. براين اساس در اين گزارش سعي شده‌است كه تحقيقات مفيد قبلي و روش‌ها و رويكردهاي آنان مورد بررسي قرار گيرد تا بتوان با خصوصي‌سازي اطلاعات و تجارب موفق گذشته در زمينه مديريت دانش پروژه و به خصوص در فضاي شركت‌هاي استارت‌آپ و نرم‌افزاري، از شكست پروژه‌ها و هدر رفت سرمايه‌هاي ملي جلوگيري شود. در اين راستا با توزيع پرسشنامه و جمع‌آوري بيش از 160 پاسخ، عوامل عدم استقرار سيستم‌هاي مديريت دانش در سه گروه عوامل فرهنگي، عوامل سازماني و عوامل مربوط به سيستم‌هاي مديريت دانش مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفتند. از جمله مهم‌ترين نوآوري‌هاي اين پژوهش بررسي بوم استارت‌آپي كشور ايران مي‌باشد. نتايج اين تحقيق بيان مي‌دارد كه اصلي‌ترين عامل عدم استقرار سيستم مديريت دانش در پروژه‌هاي استارت‌آپي ضعف فرهنگ و اطلاع از مزاياي مديريت دانش در ميان اعضا و مديران پروژه‌ها مي‌باشد.

To identify and studying the factors which cause lack of systematic project knowledge management in Iran Startup & IT projects

Examining the causes and factors affecting the success or failure of projects is one of the important and challenging issues among project managers, especially in project-oriented organizations, because the failure of a project can sometimes cost the complete closure of a business. In our country, Iran, with a large number of university graduates and its inadequacy with the capacity of related production jobs, we are witnessing the increasing growth of companies that have made the field of information technology as the core of their business. These companies are mainly formed as start-ups with small initial capital. Considering the special economic conditions in our country, seeing the failure of projects and the closure of businesses has become a bitter habit. However, the issue that can prevent many problems during the life cycle of projects and by the way is often neglected is project information management and the structured recording and storage of each project's data in order to use them in future processes and projects. Therefore, in this report, an attempt has been made to examine previous useful researches and their methods and approaches so that by privatizing information and past successful experiences in the field of project knowledge management, especially in the space of start-up and software companies, the failure of projects and waste can be avoided. In this regard, by distributing a questionnaire and collecting more than 160 answers, the factors of non-establishment of knowledge management systems were investigated and analyzed in three groups of cultural factors, organizational factors and factors related to knowledge management systems. Among the most important innovations of this research is the study of the startup ecosystem in Iran. The results of this research state that the main reason for not establishing knowledge management system in start-up projects is the lack of culture and awareness of the benefits of knowledge management among project members and managers.
