During recent decades, urbanization as one of the most important and influential human activities, along with global climate changes, has transformed the natural nature of the water cycle and interfered with the functioning of this system. The continuation of this process will lead to a decrease in the quality of water ecosystems, an increase in urban runoff, and the emergence of other negative ecological and physical consequences on the body of cities, especially metropolises similar to Tehran. The Persian Gulf lake is an artificial lake that was built in the northwest of Tehran and the 22nd district of the municipality in 2012 with the aim of developing industry, increasing the ecological power of the region, and also softening the air of the region, the western region and the whole city of Tehran. Considering the trend of population growth and migration to Tehran and considering the reduction of assumed water resources, it seems that it has been developed considering the city's ecology on the outskirts of this area, it is a challenge to discuss. As a result of the current research, it is trying to provide solutions and a model with the conditions of explaining Tehran and localizing the pattern of water-sensitive areas, so that by implementing it, it will be possible to plan the Persian Gulf lake area of Tehran. The necessity of this research is to adapt to the urban environment, especially in relation to water, according to the water-sensitive point of view, it is important to state that it is possible to plan for the water on the edge of the Persian Gulf lake in Tehran, the purpose of this research is to provide a water-sensitive urban planning model on the edge The edge of the Persian Gulf lake, the type of study is exploratory, according to the purpose, applied, based on the methods of collecting data, descriptive of the survey type. Based on the nature of the data, it is a mixed research (qualitative and quantitative) and in terms of the way of collecting information, it is a descriptive-survey type of research. The statistical population of the current research includes the members of the scientific faculty of Tehran's free and public universities, they are actively present in the field of environment, civil engineering and urban planning. SPSS 22, Maxqda 10 and Smart pls 3 software were used in this research. The general direction of this research is that first by collecting information with the library method, the concepts of the basic concepts and research literature were investigated, and then with the research methodology and using the tools of interviews and questionnaires, according to Recognizing the desired characteristics, the development of planning indicators for the Persian Gulf lake shore with a water-sensitive location is discussed. The findings of the research show that its conditions, background factors, intervening sea conditions, strategies and consequences have an impact on the water-sensitive Persian Gulf coast in Tehran's second district.
